Gwen is both a European-style, chef-driven butcher shop and a restaurant that is redefining dining in LA, with a menu that calls on fire-based cooking techniques. Le restaurant Public Kitchen & Bar découle du chef Tim Goodell du restaurant Domaine, au sein de l'historique hôtel Hollywood Roosevelt, présentant un menu composé de plats américains éclectiques. La salle à manger de l'ancien style hollywoodien ré-imaginé de l'hôtel faisant figure de repère historique propose aux habitants et aux voyageurs un cadre magnifique qui rappelle une maison privée élégante et accueillante.
