It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. It is commonly used for korean bbq dipping sauce and for lettuce wraps (ssambap). Get creative and show us your ideas to use Ssamjang when we open! We are located down the street from the Battery/Truist Park. We are also open late till 2am on Fri and Saturday and 12am on M-Thurs. We have a large table that can accommodate 25 people!
