Two Minneapolis restaurateurs and one of the region’s top chefs are transforming the historic Gardner Hardware Building at 515 Washington Avenue North in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis The team consists of Marty Collins, Brett Johnson and Peter Hoff, each native Minnesotans with extensive industry experience.
