Le restaurant se trouve sur un ancien territoire indien, utilisé plus tard comme camp de repos pour la cavalerie américaine. Le bâtiment en lui-même faisait partie du prestigieux ranch Rancho Mañana. Présentant un charme des temps passés, il affiche des instruments d'élevage, des photos vintage des années 1940 et une architecture originale. Aujourd'hui, le service chaleureux, la cuisine raffinée ainsi que l'atmosphère confortable et décontractée s'allient pour vous faire vivre une expérience culinaire rustique, mais haut de gamme. Enfin, les chefs utilisent des ingrédients de qualité supérieure comme des viandes entièrement naturelles et des produits de l'Arizona.

Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is open daily for lunch and dinner. Liberty Station serves American comfort food with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options. Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station also smokes many high quality meats, including Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Pork Ribs and Chicken, on our custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.
