L'A Food Affair propose une cuisine franco-américaine dans une ambiance charmante et romantique où vous souperez entouré(e) d'un mélange sophistiqué de mobilier ancien français et d'éclairage industriel. Le chef/propriétaire, Christian Royere, un traiteur incontournable pour les célébrités de l'industrie du divertissement (à la fois devant et derrière les caméras) est un maître de la création de cuisine française avec une touche américaine. La bouillabaisse, le bœuf bourguignon et les moules frites sont quelques-uns des délices appétissants préparés de façon innovante. Le restaurant Public Kitchen & Bar découle du chef Tim Goodell du restaurant Domaine, au sein de l'historique hôtel Hollywood Roosevelt, présentant un menu composé de plats américains éclectiques. La salle à manger de l'ancien style hollywoodien ré-imaginé de l'hôtel faisant figure de repère historique propose aux habitants et aux voyageurs un cadre magnifique qui rappelle une maison privée élégante et accueillante. Un design d'inspiration loft offre un espace plus lumineux et éclatant souligné par des billots de boucher en noyer noir, des chaises de bibliothèque des années 1960 remodelées et des banquettes capitonnées. Au centre de la salle se trouve un grand bar à trois côtés couvert de marbre proposant des cocktails créatifs, une carte des vins à prix modérés, des bières pression et en bouteille, ainsi que des assortiments de charcuterie et de fromages.
