Zoubi restaurant is New Hope's hidden gem. Tucked away on Mechanic Street, Zoubi serves American Cuisine with a European touch prepared by Chef Francisco Barrios. We are serving dinner only Thursday through Sunday with indoor and outdoor seating available.

Please note at this time we are only seating parties of 4 or less.

Had such a wonderful meal! The outside dining area was dreamy and food and cocktails delicious. We will be back!

Been there many times over the years and like a fine wine this place seems to get better with age . Perfect experience from arrival to departure. The ambiance , the food , the service all perfected. A must try for the uninitiated.

We were greeted very warmly, loads of eye contact in the correct way. Once our reservation was confirmed we were shown to a garden table that we had requested. The maitre d shared the extensive wine list and proudly explained its layout. We opted on mixed drinks and chose tequila gimlets. Our amazing server Alex brought them and explained the evenings special. Another server brought bread service to the table, a soft brown bread scented w rosemary, accompanied by a sundried tomato tapenade and butter w goat cheese. We knew we were in for a well considered dinner. My companion ordered a grilled little gem salad that was dressed perfectly. I ordered the raw oysters that were described as having a natural smoke, why not? The oyster presentation was impeccable, a glass dome was lifted and a waft of smoke was set free. The taste was subtle and I was pleased that there were 6 briny succulent oysters. Our entrees were equally spectacular. My dining partner ordered the menu flounder w beurre blanc and had the chef omit the roe. Alex our server said that was not a problem. My entree was a daily special, seared diver scallops with orange and micro-greens. Subtle and cooked perfectly. No room for dessert we were still graciously given two macaroons w our check. I highly recommend making an Open Table reservation soon.

Very romantic. 2 couples meeting up for dinner. Everyone enjoyed-great service and fantastic food.

A truly outstanding restaurant. Superb, well-prepared food backed up by an interesting wine list--with most bottles very reasonably priced. The staff is welcoming and cheerful, and the owner gives personal attention to every diner, even first-timers. Perfect for a quiet but still festive dinner for couples or a small group in a very attractive environment.

My wife and I have dined here several times now and have been exceedingly pleased each time. The staff is friendly, attentive, accommodating, and funny. The food is expertly prepared and dishes are both creative and widely varied in style. The wine selection is comprehensive without being overwhelming, and their house cocktails are inventive and delicious. The confluence of all of these things, when married with the absolutely unbeatable ambiance of this charming old home and terrazza, makes Zoubi a place that's worth visiting again and again.
