This was our second visit. Excellent food, but this visit we had a terrible server. She was surly and one dish never came. When we brought to her attention there was no apology or anything. It definitely felt like she was not enjoying her job which made our experience uncomfortable. Also, my fork and one glass was dirty and grimy. Cleanliness could be improved.

I had great service and delicious food! I went big and decided to try the steak tasting menu!!it was fabulous and cooked to my wishes. The creamed spinach was also delicious!

I feel as if their service and food quality has went down a bit as the there was no one there. The food was rare when asked for medium rare and gave us back the same food heated again and it upset my wife's stomach, probably due to this. The worst part was that it was not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon and it still had so many issues. Unfortunately, this will be our last time there.

Went back a week later because I enjoyed it so much — 2nd time left much to be desired. I waited 20 mins for a SALAD. Paid for extra anchovies and didn’t get them. Disappointed.

Decent brunch. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed for whatever reason and it was only 8:30 in the morning. Ordered an OJ and fruit along with the rest of my meal but that never arrived. But decent breakfast. It’s pricey. But it’s the Logan so there’s that.

Overpriced for quality. Worst Mac and cheese ever had at that priced restaurant. Dry noodles and bread crumbs. Steak trio was just 3 pieces of meat on a white plate. No explanation or fanfare or little signs. Something for 80$. No better than Outback Steakhouse in my opinion.

This is always a standout favorite. The crab omelet is fantastic, as is the steak frites. Will always dine here when staying at The Logan.

It was an interesting experience. The Easter brunch buffet that they had advertised online was not what was offered at the restaurant. No Brunch buffet offered. When we ordered off of the regular menu, we were overcharged for items. The service was ok and they were out of a few items on the menu. Not too much of a pleasant experience. The food was good though.

We had a lovely Easter brunch. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. They were busy but it felt like we were the only ones in the place. So very nice.

My admin made a reservation for breakfast. When I walked in, a lady approached and rudely pointed me to a table to go to. I was trying to talk to her about a preference of a table I was seated at previously that I liked and she ignored me. While the server was nice while serving food and all, he failed to explain to me why me and my guest would not be seated in the more comfortable chairs and were asked to sit on the wooden stools. You could do better.

I ordered the 24 ounce bone-in ribeye. It seemed smaller than the 22 ounce bone-in ribeye that I typically find at nice steak houses. It was also incredibly fatty. I enjoy a nice marbling, which is why I order the ribeye, but I cut a full inch of fat most of the way around this steak. Worst of all though is that the steak was basically room temperature when it was served. I was warned that the plate was hot, but I touched it anyway only to find that it was not hot at all, and then I discovered that the steak wasn’t either. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

The restaurant was not busy at all and I was with a party of three. The waitress forgot a coffee that was ordered and then only 2 meal items came out. The third item was brought out when the other 2 were practically done. The anchovies were left off the salad. The waitress was not good at all. I won’t be back.

We had a lovely celebratory dinner with friends. The service was excellent & attentive . We all had different items on the menu and enjoyed each. Tre food was delicious , timely & well presented.

Celebrated my birthday. My hamburger was one of the best I’ve had. And, the fries were mighty good too. The Aperol spritz had a surprising clove kick. Our waitress was personable, knowledgeable and solicitous. The chocolate candies were a nice and quite tasty surprise. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

The staff there doesn’t seem happy. They didn’t say hello to us when we came in and when we left, they didn’t say goodbye. The waiter seemed like someone was forcing him to take our order. The food was very good despite the sad staff.

Food was very fresh and savory. You can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the food. We had the steak frite and the steak was cooked to a medium perfection. The Mac n cheese was creamy, decadent, and cheesy. The French onion soup was also very tasty and the appropriate portion of cheese to onion to bread and broth. We will definitely return and would love to try the breakfast.

Overall I’d give the restaurant 4 stars. The service was quick, the pork belly and fried potatoes were amazing and the wine selection was good. My only issue was the temperature the steaks were cooked. 6oz filet was ordered medium but arrived medium rare and the ribeye was ordered medium and arrived well done. We didn’t complain however we did expect better. Would try this restaurant again as everyone has an off night.

The pork chop, potato tart were delicious. The onion soup was on the salty side and the cheese was a little gloppy. I think there was other cheese mixed in with the Guryere cheese, but the flavor was good. We did not eat the Caesar salad as something was missing in the flavor. We assumed the anchovies might have been mixed in with the dressing. Towards the end of the meal we mentioned this to our server who said that the anchovies should have been on top. We only ate a few bites of the salad. It would have been nice if she had taken this off the bill. We each had a glass of the Brut Blanc De Blancs Brouette Prestige. I think it was $19.00 a glass, the bottle listed price was $76.00. I was infuriated when I discovered that a bottle of this wine costs approximately $15.00. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have left. I WILL NOT RETURN

Ceiling leaking. Literally water pouring from the ceiling and they sat us looking directly at it. Also crammed in another couple with young kids right next to us. For a $411 bill? We’ve enjoyed before but not a great experience.

Went for lunch. Waited awhile before greeted by server who said he was going to get cornbread and never came back. Food served and order was wrong. No one ever checked to see if we needed anything, more drinks, etc.
