Twigs Bistro at the Spokane Valley Mall is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. Three in our group for Mother's Day, each enjoyed something different. The food has always been well prepared and delicious! Attentive staff always pleasant.

Everything was so nice and the service was amazing! The waitress was very attentive to our needs the whole afternoon and made sure we were taken care of. Food was fresh and delicious as well!

Probably not best to ask about special occasions if you're not going to make anything different about it. I specified that it was our Annivesary, but heard zip.

We really enjoyed our Easter brunch at Twigs -Spokane Valley! The food was amazing & the service was perfect! Duke was our server & we couldn’t be happier…he is excellent in every way.

I just ordered the brussel sprouts (this time without chili flakes) and they were delicious! I also ordered the fig/prosciutto flatbread. It’s one of my favorites.

Great restaurant, very nice ambiance. A couple of vegetarian options would be nice, but I did find something. There were eight of us and our server was awesome.

This was our first time at Twigs; we had booked our reservation for 7:00pm and was informed by our waitress that we had come at the end of dinner rush, and they needed to restock the kitchen after we had waited 10minutes for her to come over. We received our appetizer at the same time as our entrees, and we had to ask for silverware. The staff were seemingly unorganized, and the atmosphere was not what we expected from a martini bar.
