Mediocre food and overpriced. I was hoping for real French style fondue but instead all the cheese fondues were made with beer and came with slightly stale bread and basic broccoli and Granny Smith apple. I asked for grapes and there were none. Definitely overall dull food but the kids liked the experience. Won’t go back

Wow - I used to eat here often and the servings are a lot smaller now. Our server was nice, but inexperienced and not attentive. We put all of our leftovers in a pot to cook and while I was in the restroom they took the pots, when I mentioned it to our server she was apologetic and said the bus boy didn't speak english, I really didn't need an excuse. She also over poured sparkling wine into my daughters glass and she did nothing to rectify the mess, no new glass, no extra napkins. All and all it was fine. The vegan options were good, but the portions and service just added up to a so so experience, not a $100 per person dinner (only 2 people had alcohol).

It’s a very fun and tasty place to eat! The cheese is amazing. We found that the meat was a bit much, I’d have preferred getting just cheese. But it was an experience and we enjoyed it! Desert was incredible ◡̈

The food was good, but the service was not what I expected. We had to have the busser track down the absent waiter in order to get drinks delivered and sauces that we requested. The noise level was very high, which was not the restaurant's fault, but maybe if other tables were eating instead of waiting for service, they would have been quieter. We have been having an annual birthday meal at this location every year for at least the last 20 years, and this was the worst service we have ever had there.

Normally, we have a wonderful experience at this restaurant, but not this time. We waited 20-30 minutes for drink refills. We had to ask 2 or 3 times for anything. Our waiter was slow and inattentive. Now the people bussing tables were amazing, and other tables got great service. We were ignored.

I haven’t been to this Melting Pot location in over ten years - but it was delicious as ever. Good amount of food, with a good selection for all choices. Overall, still one of my favorite places to celebrate my birthday!

Saying there was bad service would imply there was some service. We had a reservation for 5 people for my daughter’s birthday, we were seated promptly, and sat for 15 minutes with no staff approaching the table, no water, no service. Went and asked the manager for service and water, waited another 5, someone finally brought water. Waited another 5 and no service still. Got bored and unfolded the napkins with silverware, and 4 of 5 of us had silverware that was not clean. That is when we decided to go dine elsewhere.

Delicious food for a reasonable price. Enjoy coming here. This time we had a new waitress who made a few errors with our order but nonetheless of food was yummy! Always a very fun experience.
