    We had a reservation for 2:30pm on Mother’s Day. We checked in and had to wait to be seated. The host then proceeded to call out names for each party to be seated. For an upscale place I consider this extremely tacky. Why have a reservation if you are going to be herded inside ? For 72$ per person you do not even get one mimosa each/ or some sort of cocktail. The food selection was nice and did include breakfast food, seafood, sides, cheese, desserts. However at $180 with tip I think it is severely overpriced. A brunch like this should cost around $50 per person. I have been to other very nice brunches where you each get one cocktail and there were also many more food options all at a better price. Please work on your pricing because it’s too high.

    The steak was delicious but the sm accompaniment was meager and average. The dessert menu was not to my liking we had the apple blossom kiss and the chocolate soufflé.

    Excellent. Variety offered was very good. Our server, Joseph was excellent, attentive. The young man at the prime rib roast station had an excellent sense of humor to my request and very personable

    Wonderful dinner and service. There was a loud party of approximately 12 diners, which made the ambiance a little less than perfect.

    First time at the Circular, food, drink and service were all very good. Mike our waiter took care of us. We will return.

    Our hostess is the reason for the low score. Food was good, our waiter, Patrick was fine, but the hostess became immediately annoyed when we asked for a different table. Our party of 4 was initially seated at a rectangular table for 6 making conversation difficult. We asked to be moved and even though there were open 4 tops she made us wait 10-15 minutes as a “penalty” for daring to ask to be moved. She has tainted our opinion of the Circular Dining Room going forward and it is extremely unlikely we will return. We will be contacting the Hotel management concerning this experience.
