This is a unique restaurant with truly fresh ingredients and interesting takes on the ingredients. I loved everything here, especially the chicken and gnocchi dish. Try the biscuits as a starter! I found the restaurant to be lively and vibrant, while service was friendly and left us wanting for nothing. Truly a great place.

Really nice food and service!! And price is very reasonable. We ordered Salmon tartar starter and salmon, lamb bolognese for entree. For desert we had lemon cake with sorbet’s. Every dish is very nice and the server is always willing to help. At the end the waiter offered us a surprise little birthday dessert!!

Great place! I love the decor, and the food was delicious! Our waiter took great care of us, we will definitely go back and sit outside when the weather is warmer!!

Took some friends here to celebrate a promotion and everything was just perfect. Food was delicious, servers and bartenders were so kind and took their time explaining the dishes even though it was incredibly busy. I’ll always recommend Talula’s to people visiting Philly or for a special occasion.

Everything about this place is incredible. Brought my boyfriend to my hometown to show him around and it was an unequivocal experience together. Thanks for doing it right Talula’s ❤️

It’s now my favorite place to dine in Philadelphia. Absolutely exquisite food, especially the lemon scented seafood risotto. Sitting outside along the street is the best option as the noise level indoors can be high. The service was impeccable as well.

The food is amazing! Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. As a vegetarian with a long-ish list of food sensitivities/allergies, I’m not the easiest restaurant patron. The staff went above and beyond in making certain I was not given any foods that I shouldn’t have. The server even managed to remember my entire list, which has never happened in any other establishment. Our dining experience was delightful. We will absolutely be returning to Talula’s Garden soon.

Loved the Caesar salad, mushroom soup (Best ever), muffins, veggie entree, chicken, and shrimp and scallops on risotto. Still one of the Best restaurants in Philly.

The service was excellent and they were able to accommodate my gluten sensitive daughter. We enjoyed the art and miss matched tableware. The food was yummy.

After getting over my irritation with having to wait 20 minutes after my reservation time, we had a great experience (again). Peter was a great server and provided good insight. The artichoke dip was warm on a cool night. The beet salad was beautiful and refreshing while the Caesar was a Miquelon in a good way. The entrees (chicken, salmon and lamb bolognese) were all solid. The lemon soufflé may have been the best dessert ever. Cannot wait to go back.

Menu is excellent. Every item at our table was raved about. Our waiter, Tatum was delightful and professional. I would go often if I lived locally. My only complaint was the location of the table directly next to the host/hostess desk and having 8-10 people clamoring by our table the entire dinner. Otherwise a special place

We had a very nice meal. The seating was an issue, though- we were at a 1/2 booth type table crammed between other diners along the same bench so it was tight. Close enough that we saw everything the other tables ordered - they received a pre-dinner appetizer (amuse bouche) that we did not receive, so that was disappointing. The drinks were very weak, almost watered down, also disappointing and kept us from ordering another round. Our main meals were delicious. We are avid Starr Restaurant patrons, visit often and always for special occasions. We had been to Talula's before so we may consider trying again another time, but it may be a while.
