First and last time we’ll be going there. The appetizer was brought out with our main meals. The turkey blt was bland and had unripe with white parts, sliced tomatoes on it. They were crunchy. My son thought the burger was bland as well and he loves any burger. My daughter and wife also were disappointed with their meals. A real shame for what we spent on a terrible meal.

It was my first time at Say Cheese and it was amazing food was great and the service was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!

Say cheese was severely understaffed especially at the bar. There was a street festival going on that street, I would think that the restaurant would have increased staff for the event. The manager who was seating people ended up getting our drinks, placing our order and cashing us out. The food was great. I would go back again, hoping this was not typical experience and was due to the street fair and understaffing.

Overall experience was very good. the only thing to put a very small damper on our evening was that once our appetizer was served, our main courses followed about two minutes later! staff was very attentive, professional and efficient. our dessert was complimented since the kitchen did not have the caramel sauce for the dish we ordered and they substituted a chocolate sauce in its place...it was still delicious!

Ordered the veggie omelet. Thank goodness I like broccoli because there were no other vegetables in it. Overpriced.

Food was just ok. I had the fish and chips was disappointed . Not fresh it was frozen . Service was good but food was disappointing

We have always loved Say Cheese. We tell everyone it us one of our favorite places to eat and usually bring our out of town guests here for dinner. Last night, we felt like we were being pushed out the door before we barely sat down to eat. We paused during our meal for a few minutes and next thing our server was bringing us boxes ToGo, without even asking if we wanted them. My spouse was not even done eating. Before long, our server then asked if we wanted our check....did not ask if we wanted another drink or even coffee or dessert. Mind you, we were only there for about 30 minutes at this point. Most restaurants at least allow diners an hour. This was also at 4:30 with many open tables, so it wasn't like there was a line of people at the door waiting for tables. It may be quite a while before we return.

They asked us if we wanted garlic bread with our entrees. We said sure, assumed it was included in the price of the meal (server did not say it would be an extra charge). We get the bill and saw they charged us $10 for garlic bread. It wasn’t even good garlic bread and they kind of burnt it. Was a bit upset about that because we absolutley would never had said yes to the garlic bread, we only agreed because we thought it was free. They need to be more clear about that. Honestly they should just stop trying to sell the garlic bread because it wasn’t very good anyways.
