Located on the heart of Main Street Newark, Delaware, this casual yet stylish restaurant has been awarded with The Best of Delaware award as the Best Mexican Restaurant- Upstate 2011. Patrons choose from outdoor dining on the wrap around patio or the tropical indoor dinning. It also features a brand new bar with more than 100 different tequila options, including home infused tequilas with fresh fruit and Mexican spices. Also, Santa Fe specializes in margaritas and Mojitos which have been awarded as the best locally. Start off with freshly made guacamole tableside, move onto spiced crab quesadillas or our Chile Ancho rubbed Ribeye steak with chipotle butter. End the night with our homemade Flan or our signature crepas filled with coffee ice cream and strawberry salsa. Ask a local where to find the best Mexican food at a reasonable price, and you're likely to be pointed towards Santa Fe Mexican Grill.

                                            The drink, the food, and the service were all fantastic. Megan, our server, was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. We left there and let her know that she was one of the best servers we've ever had. Santa Fe has become one of our favorite restaurants anytime we visit our daughter at University of Delaware.

                                            The sides for my fajitas came out thrown on a plate looking very unappetizing. My fajitas were delivered without tortillas and the waitress didn't come back to check on us for over 15 minutes at which point I'd eaten most of the fajitas without tortillas. Even after I asked her to bring them, it took a long time to get them. Food was fine. Waitress was very friendly and pleasant.

                                            Always consistent quality food. Service was good considering how busy it was. Their strawberry basil margarita is the best!!!

                                            Extensive brunch menu. Food was beautifully plated and delicious. The warm rolls were lovely. We'll be back to try more. Service was attentive.

                                            Sat too close to door. Was cold out so kind of uncomfortable temperature wise. Also on high top by bar. Loud as two patrons may have been overserved and action obnoxious
