Super tender proteins but everything was over salted. And waiter never refilled our much needed water! Lamb chops were too fatty. Service was less than attentive. A very expensive experience that won’t be repeated anytime soon.

Overall disappointing. Called the day before to confirm 11am brunch menu. What I was told was not true. They did the best to accommodate us but did not have some brunch items available because only offering 4 Mothers Day special items not the entire brunch menu. Appetizers came out with our meal. I had to ask about them after waiting for a long time. Server didn’t have a clue. Food was ok. My meal was cold. Won’t be going back.

Worst experience we’ve had, the wait staff was slow and inattentive. First didn’t take our drink order and then when I asked for a second drink it took over 15 minutes to get to me. She then checked us out and took another 15 minutes to bring our card back when she did she brought back what was suppose to be our birthday desserts that ended up saying happy anniversary. The restaurant its self is tired and mismatched and needs to be updated. Overall the worst experience will no go bac

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Ruth Chris. It was fabulous! The steak was really tender. They have a wonderful Prixe Fixe menu if you're looking for a smaller meal. I was able to get a steak and lobster tail combo and it was great. They gave us a complimentary dessert to help celebrate . I recommend this place.

Service was excellent. 2 of the 3 filets we ordered were badly overcooked. Manager gave us couple dessert to compensate. We ate anyways because it's a shame to waste and we were hungry. Server agreed much too well done. Chocolate cake wasn't very good. Prawn, calamari, crab cakes, ahi appetizers were decent. Ashley did a nice job along with her colleagues

We went as a family to celebrate my mother's birthday. I appreciated the confetti and the table and the complimentary dessert for her. When we checked in the hostess did not even bother to walk us to the table since others were already seated. Still, I thought this was off putting and unprofessional. She was not busy and no one else was waiting. It was like she was too lazy to even walk us to the stairs. The waiter was pleasant but seemed either new or not that articulate. It was difficult to understand him at times. The appetizer of calamari was not fried enough so rather limp. I liked the light coating but it would have been better to cook more. The main courses were all smothered in way too much out and butter. My mom's steak was very rare so she had to send it back. It came back still on the rare.side but she didn't want to send it back again. My daughter's bf had the lamb chops and although he said they tasted fine, it was difficult for him to eat them politely since they were cut so thick. The presentation was lacking on his plate. The salads that come with the price fixe menu are huge! I asked for light dressing and I got it on the side. For a ceasar salad it is better to have it mixed. I let it go. For the difficulty and price of parking, the food much too rich, overall I was left.feeling this expensive celebratory dinner was just meh. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Food is the biggest issue during our lunch visit. Most of us ordered the lunch set. Steak house salad, should just say house salad, there's no meat on it, but our server is nice and explained that. The food itself was really meh. It's a filet with 3 shrimps on top. The shrimps felt like they came out of precooked wrap that was heated up by a microwave. The filet wasn't holding together and had a weird consistency and broke apart as I put the knife to it.

So overpriced! Instant mashed potatoes that were tasteless. Frozen cheesecake that was clearly pre-packaged… this place was not worth it at all. Go literally anywhere else.

The 500 degree plate with your steak sizzling in butter is so unique. The artichoke dip appetizer was really tasty. Service was great!

I recently celebrate my birthday over at Chris steakhouse in Seattle this past weekend. My overall impression was that the steak and the service was absolutely awesome. I did the tomahawk steak and believe me it was worth every penny of it. Also there brussels sprouts were definitely adelicious side dish. The only negative thing I would point out were there crabcakes. The Grammy that they use wasn't fresh but outside of that everything else was on point. I also enjoy the seating area that we were at. We were next to a nice couple that was celebrating their wedding anniversary and the couple other side of us was having a date night. It's a good place to take your date but you better make sure you come with some lots of $$$$!!

The lobster bisque was like water and tasteless. Sent it back. Caesar salad was good. Medium rare steak came out ultra rare. Manager replaced it, but the replacement was smaller and burnt. More medium well than rare. Cheesecake dessert was dry and crust was inedible. My drinks were good. Overall, not worth the $200 spent. I understand now why I was able to get a last minute reservation when the other steakhouses were booked. Definitely won’t be back!!!

We have been to this Ruth Chris multiple times. Always good. This is the first time the food has not been excellent. My filet was tough and undercooked (hard to do). Further the plate was not piping hot as it usually is, meaning I could not slice and try to cook more. Overall still good, just not the experience for a $600 meal that it should have been. Maybe next time!

My wife and I went to this restaurant because neither of us had been. The service by the staff was great, however, being that the restaurant wasn't that busy at the time, we were sat at the back, 2 tables from the kitchen, next to a customer who was on the phone while eating. We didn't just walk in off the street, I made reservations for us last week. Our order was put in, we got the appetizer and salads that were ordered. Jump to main coarse, I ended up having to wait another 10 minutes for my steak to come back while my wife ate hers. Mine was almost blue rare when I ordered it medium. When I got back my steak, they had put it back in the oven on the same plate that made it look dirty. The flavor was good, still a bit under done, however, they took 2 of our side items off the bill. The front of the house did a great job, but for what you pay, the kitchen should have done better. My wife could tell that the lobster tail she had was previously frozen because it was over cooked, a little tough and chewy.

Service was slow and uneven. Wedge salads were drenched in blue cheese with little dressing completely overwhelming any other flavors. Baked potato was cold and had to wait for sour cream. Crab cakes were mostly breading and served lukewarm. Two potato sides, mashed and augratin were not delivered with the steaks. When they arrived the augratin were barely warmed and looked like they had been micro waved. The mashed were warm and overpowered by garlic. A desert to go took 15 minutes or more to get delivered to the table.

Some confusion when checking in. Lots of frustration amongst customers. They were very busy. But we were eventually sat, at a table for three? I think they mixed up our reservation, but everything was perfect from there. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very sweet. It was a special birthday dinner for my wife. They had put little Happy Birthday sparkles on the table and everyone that walked by said hi and happy birthday to her. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Just not a good experience. We should not have to chase down the server to get our bill to pay. We waited 20 minutes plus we had a show to go to. Not good.
