You will be experiencing the authentic cooking skills of our talented chefs who juggle hot flames and sharp knives while artistically create a delicious meal for their guests. Our guests relish in the aroma of our special herbs and seasonings and enjoy a completed meal fresh off the grill.

We also offer a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls as well as extensive appetizers. Our executive chef-owner, Yong, is an Iron chef who are experienced in the fine art of sushi creation for more than 25 years.

My husband and I took our new employee and her husband to dinner. Everyone orders their meals and I ordered soup, fried rice and Tuna Tataki for $24 off the stater menu. The server tells me I’ll have to pay $25 to share my husbands meal. I wasn’t sharing his meal, I ordered over $35 in food. She says I need to order a dinner. She lets me know I can order off the sushi menu and that is considered a meal. So I can order $12 piece of Sushi but my $24 sushi off the starter menu doesn’t count? She said she would need to get managers approval. Eventually she came back and said I can order anything to qualify. I could tell she was irritated with me and never came back to our table for the rest of the meal. We all wanted more drinks. I understand the feeling is to deter people from sharing but when the total bill is over $250 for 4 people, I think you can waive a $25 share fee. Other than that, our food was great and our chef Billy was very nice.

Fun atmosphere - our kids really loved the cooking show and it was a great place to make Mother's Day feel special! Food was fine but nothing standout, and it was pretty pricey for what we got. We ended up with a bill around $300 for a family of 4 including two small kids that don't eat a lot. $14 to get noodles instead of rice seemed a little nuts. That said, you're paying for entertainment in addition to dinner. Not something we'll do very often as a result, but if you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion this is a great pick.

We were the only ones there at opening and enjoyed a wonderful early teppanyaki dinner of filet mignon, shrimp, and veggies. We would highly recommend.

Overall a great experience! We booked Signature Wild Wasabi for a birthday celebration - and it was mostly excellent. Would recommend this unique dining experience! Top scores for food quality and flavor! The marinated short ribs were AMAZING! Great salmon, shrimp, scallops, and prime sirloin too. Our chef was a lot of fun, very professional and entertaining. He cooked everything perfectly with flair. The decor is very modern, and the atmosphere is vibrant/celebratory so it is perfect if you have a birthday/graduation/anniversary. Only complaint: it was a very busy Saturday night and our 8pm reservation was delayed quite a while, so we went to the bar - which was also way behind. But after we got them, the drinks (manhattans and espresso martinis) were terrific. It would be nice to have a bit more focus on the bar staffing if folks have to wait for a table. I know this spot has recently re-branded and has new management - so they are working out the kinks. We’ll definitely book again.

OMG! This place is fantastic! We got sushi and sushi rolls plus a sushi tower avocado bomb. This was some of the best sushi we have ever had!
