We went there for Mother's Day, and the restaurant was running at capacity. The staff was kind and patient despite the rush. My 14-year-old daughter made a reservation outdoors. Please note that the outdoor setting is beautiful, with numerous plantings and well-tended flowers. A couple of heaters were outside, which helped with the chill. It would have been ideal if the weather had cooperated! The food was good. We ordered the Hawaiian rolls, a vegetable, and truffle fries and split the fillet. I really liked the fries, but my daughter found them too different from standard fries. It would have been nice if they had a formal children's menu as even young adults might not be very adventurous.

The food and hostess were both great! The hostess was very attentive to our table and one of the managers stopped by as well to see how our dining experience was going. Very friendly and nice place to dine.

We had an amazing brunch! I want to give a big thank you to the lovely staff who overheard my six year old complain about her food and brought out a whole new dish for her! The service was wonderful and the food is always delicious.

As dog lovers, we loved the dog theme (as well as some of the contributions this chain makes on behalf of dogs). We wanted to love this restaurant, too. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the food, from the charcuterie board (surprisingly little substance) to the meatloaf and tuna (oddly bland for the amount of ingredients each one boasted). There are at least two establishments in the same neighborhood that compare favorably to this one at similar or lower price points. The noise level was a bit much, but not uniformly impossible to converse over. The service was pretty good (attentive and pleasant throughout), but the 3% credit card surcharge is something they could have bothered to advertise. Nothing does a better job of deflating a tip than a surprise charge at the point of payment. It’s probably a wash, as the rewards on my card offset the surprise fee, but nobody appreciates this kind of cheap tactic.

Our server Anthony was great. We had a large party, so I understood that it would take time to have dinner served, but we were not aware of just how long it would take. We ordered dinner around 5:45 and dinner came out around 7. But the kids meals came out quick so we were grateful. They comp’d our appetizers and ice cream for the kids and apologized for the delay. Food was good. They have kids meals but not listed on the menu (for anyone wondering.)

Had a nice brunch- seated immediately with a reservation. Service was just ok- the food was pretty good, though my husband's omelet did not taste quite right- too many sun-dried tomatoes perhaps. Also a little odd not to serve maple syrup with french toast. Nevertheless, the food here is always at least above average, and the decorations are charming.

We arrived yesterday for a Mother’s Day Brunch with my family & had a total of 13 people. The gentleman hosting accommodated us & offered a private room since we had 2 small children & it was so thoughtful & made for such a perfect afternoon! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

This was our first visit to White Dog Cafe. Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed by several staff of the restaurant. There was a genuine sense of "welcome" from those who greeted us and from our server throughout our dining experience. We decided to order the 3 course meal special which was great. There were several options to choose from. The mushroom soup was excellent as was the salmon dinner. We ended up asking for our dessert to be packed to go as we were quite satisfied after course 2. We sat by a window where we could see the outdoor patio and plan to enjoy that sometime soon. We will definitely be back.

The food was great but the soup at 13.00 for a small ramekin is just horrible. It’s a shame, but that and a very inflated steak price will hold me from coming back. There is no value

Service was fine. Server was new and did not know menu very well. Two of our four dinners came to the table cold. Did not have a substitute sauce for meatloaf. Did not have sour cream for baked potatoes but then some appeared. Overall, food was underwhelming. Service was fine in the end. Place was empty so it was quiet and we were able to talk without a problem. Plenty of other restaurants with better food at a better price. Too bad. It used to be a great place to eat.

From the moment we entered White Dog someone greeted us and sat us right away. Our server came right over to our table, and she was friendly and attentive. The meal was really good and the Mimos's were just right. White Dog never disappoints.

Dinner at White Dog Cafe Glen Mills tonight was great, as always! Michelle seated us at our table, she was very sweet! Anthony was our waiter, he was very funny and entertaining as always! For drinks, Mom had water, and Dad and I had soda. For appetizers, Mom ordered the Fifer Farms Strawberry Burrata Salad, which had baby arugula, burrata cheese, strawberries, torn bread, pickled shallots, and was served with a raspberry red wine reduction, and local honey. Dad ordered a cup of the French Onion Soup, my favorite! It is served with sourdough bread croutons, and Swiss and provolone cheese. He really enjoyed it! For the main course, Mom and I ordered Fish and Chips. our new favorite! It is beer battered cod that's fried, served with thick cut fries, a spring onion tartare sauce, a cabbage and pickle coleslaw, lemon, and malt vinegar. It is so yummy!!! Dad ordered a halibut fish special for tonight. For dessert, Mom and I got the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée, our favorite, which was served with a shortbread cookie. It tasted just like the ones my Mom had when she travelled in Europe! It was yummy! Mom also a cup of regular coffee with sugar and skim milk. Dad ordered a scoop of Bassett's vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. He really enjoyed it!!! Chef Mike and Jose did a wonderful job with the food tonight! Rich, the general manager, and Marissa, the new assistant manager, and Amy, another assistant manager, all came by to our table to see how our food was. Marissa is very sweet and friendly. Thank you again for another great dinner, White Dog Cafe Glen Mills! Hope to see you again soon!

As always a great experience. The cocktails and food were outstanding but what really sets White Dog apart is the service. Whether at the bar or at a table, everyone is so incredibly friendly.

Had a team “thank you” luncheon today and although our server was super nice she was very busy. Most of the food came out cold. Nothing worse than cold fries & burger a only good part of my cold avocado BLT was the tomato & the very small salad I got in lieu of the fries. For the price point we were disappointed today.

Our server, Madison was attentive and cheerful. The fish and chips was devoured by my husband. He was quite happy. I had the pappardelle with spring vegetables. It was light and delicious. The noise level was a bit high. To be expected when you dine on Saturday night.

Cute place, interesting decor and a nice little menu. Outdoor area looked great. We all enjoyed our meals and shared a yummy dessert. Booth seating is a bit cramped. A few healthier options are available, including vegan.

White Dog never fails to go above and beyond! Each server (shout out Daniel) and the regional manager (Michelle) are so kind and make sure there is the BEST experience/ service for yourself and your dog! My own (&my dogs) new favorite place to dine - 100/10 every time!

Dinner at White Dog Cafe Glen Mills tonight was AWESOME, as always!! Caitlyn was our waitress, and she was awesome, as always!! Anthony, another server, helped with our order! He was funny and entertaining as always, For drinks, Mom had water, Dad gad iced tea, and I had soda. For dinner, Mom and Dad each ordered the Verlasso Salmon with Filter Farm asparagus and horseradish herb butter. It was cooked perfectly, and they really enjoyed it! Mom also ordered the hash browns, which she really enjoyed!! I ordered the Fish and Chips, which were delicious!! It was beer battered cod, served with thick cut fries, a spring onion tartare sauce, a cabbage and pickle slaw, lemon, and malt vinegar. I would definitely get it again!!! For dessert, Dad and I ordered ice cream which came with a shortbread dog biscuit cookie on top! Dad ordered vanilla, and I had chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup! It was yummy!! Mom ordered the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée, which was served with a shortbread cookie on top. She really enjoyed it, and she said it reminded her of when she had it in Europe years ago! Rich, the general manager, and Amy, the hostess, came by to our table to see how our food was! Thank you again White Dog Cafe Glen Mills for another excellent dinner! See you again soon! We celebrated my birthday here last Thursday, and loved the food so much that we decided to come back!
