After we got our food, we never saw our server again! Had to get up from our table and find someone to give us to-go boxes, and to bring us a to-go order. Very disappointing. I go there regularly and have never had this happen before, so hopefully it was just a bad night.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Service was very slow. Kids eat free is a nice perk, and my kids really enjoyed the cookie decorating. The waitress was sweet, but forgot several things. It wasn’t overly crowded but the staff couldn’t keep up and seemed very overwhelmed. Would be reluctant to go back.Cet avis est-il utile ?

I believe our waitress' name was Jaime. She was excellent and very attentive to our needs. This was the second time we chose Uno for our Red Hat Christmas dinner. Everyone had an amazing time. I'm sure we'll be back next year.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Our first mistakes was going on a Saturday night. Crowded, lots of kids running around. I don't know if they were staffed for the amt of customers there. - table, menus, everything was sticky dirty - several booths across from us had trash under them - food was OK. My thin crust pizza was under cooked and my salad was completely wilted. However, my friend enjoyed her salmon dinner. It was cooked the way she requested. The cheesy bread appetizer was great. - the best thing I had was a draft beer. It was icy cold and very enjoyable - our server was very good, but clearly trying to accomodate too many tables she was very patient with us, my friend was late and we were slow to order. We made sure we gave her a good tip We've been to this restaurant before, on a weeknight and the experience was much better. If I return on the weekend, I will sit at the bar, nicely decorated for the holidays and quiet.Cet avis est-il utile ?

We had reserved standard seating and were seated at the bar side instead. It wasn’t busy despite it being a kids eat free night and the thanksgiving craft but yet it took an hour from the time we were seated until the time we received our food. The waitress, who also seemed to be the bartender, didn’t apologize for the delay or anything. We also had to ask for napkins. Despite it being a kid craft night we weren’t told about where to go if they wanted to do the craft so we ended up just skipping it although we did see the table they were doing it at the end when we were leaving. The food wasn’t as good as it normally was when we go there either. I don’t know if they were just short staffed but it was not a good experience this time. My kids were very antsy and if the food didn’t finally come out when it did (an hour later) we were about to just walk out. Again, last time (which was also a kids craft night) we had a much better experience but this time was not good.Cet avis est-il utile ?

My party of 8 (4 hungry kids) arrived 45 minutes early and they accommodated us right away anyway and on a Saturday night. We were very grateful! Kids sundaes were a real hit, but they could use a version with gluten free toppings.Cet avis est-il utile ?
