We went to Uno in Warrington for 20 years for a perfect 10oz steak. They closed that location :( This location of Uno Neshaminy Mall does not have the same care in cooking food. We ordered two "Medium" steaks. We received two very well done thin steaks. The remade them. But, it took 25 extra mins. We will not be returning.

It was a little disappointing. The restaurant was more than half empty and it was quite slow to get our drinks and food. Not sure if it was our server or not. Food was tasty and hot when we did get it.

Are waiter Matthew was so nice, efficient and very attentive. Great food, loved the crab dip and surf and turf dish. The lemon basil salmon could be better although. Overall great experience.

It was Mother's Day and we anticipated long waits but that wasn't the case. We were seated quickly, food came out timely, and we were not rushed out to make room for others. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside. Andrew was wonderful. (We recommend a raise or promotion for him!) It was a wonderful experience being there and we appreciate everyone from the host to the chefs and to Andrew who delivered our drinks and food. Thank you!
