It started off good,our table for 6 was ready on time on Mother's Day...then it went downhill. Server, Ericka, was smiling & friendly while taking our order. We asked for water & we received it; small glasses & a bottle. Then no one until 45 minutes later a manager came to the table apologizing that the food was late & he didn't know why but it should be "out any second." Then we finally saw our server again. She quickly visited saying she didn't know why it was taking so long. Neither manager nor server offered us anything....not more water, nothing! Meanwhile, while waiting, it was nice to see my family but you can barely hear the person across the table because the noise level is so high. We couldn't ignore the tables around us being seated, eating & leaving while we sat there with empty glasses. After 20 more minutes, so over an hour, our food arrived. Everyone's review of the food was "eh" except one that did not like the food at all. I had the $24 Tuna Poke Bowl for lunch and my son had the $21 OG Burger with street corn....prices seemed very expensive for what we received & we both agreed it was "eh, ok". There was no check back from our server. We debated on dessert because of the time but we decided to order. Again we sat & waited. After 20 minutes, we flagged down another server & asked if he could find our server. He asked, "is it because how long your food is taking?" We confirmed & said we want to cancel dessert & get the check because we felt like hostages. About 5 minutes later, the server arrived with desserts. Up until now we had been forgiving but after sitting for 2 ½ hours we were done. We complained about the wait while the tables around us ate & left. Ericka said, "I don't appreciate your attitude,' dropped the desserts, left & then returned promptly(finally) to drop the over $200 check. Then another manager walked up to the table with a duplicate dessert order, said nothing & went back to the kitchen. We will never return.

Service was nonexistent. Waited an hour for entrees. They were pretty bad. Like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Won’t be going back again.

For a brunch there were not a lot of great options especially for kids. The bison sausage sounded healthy but was way over cooked, looked more like a burnt hamburger. The Guac and chips were great. The pizza was under cooked as the crust was totally soggy and cheese and sauce just fell off when crust gave way. Mixed drinks were good.....not sure how you don't have diet coke or soda of some sort with a full bar?

Mother’s Day brunch- super busy and I give it to the servers hustle- they did a good job. However- out of 6 of us, everyone disliked their food- we didn’t bother to give feedback to our server as it was super busy. Food was cold, undercooked and flavorless. It was so loud I could barely hear myself think, let alone enjoy time with my family. I’ve been to true food kitchen a number of times and this was by far the worst experience there. I will avoid expectedly busy times there from now on.

We love True Food. However, today, it was very busy which probably led to some deficiencies in food and service. Starters came out late and cold, entrees came out too early, wrong drinks and and wrong drinks on the bill… We will be back and hope this was an exception.

Enjoyed another healthy meal here at TFK. Menu has good variation of choices and recognition of different diet types. We enjoy coming here to enjoy the fresh ingredients on the menu that are carefully selected and prepared to perfection that make eating well easy. We are always surprised at the combination of ingredients and bold flavors in their dishes that are full of flavor. The portions are done right leaving you with the feeling full and healthy. Don't forget to try a cocktail or glass of wine makes for a really enjoyable meal.

Such a wonderful restaurant great vibe and amazing food. I had the arugula strawberry salad with tofu and it was to die for! There are like 10 things on the menu that I would like to try! Will be going back soon!

This was my fourth visit. I’ve had great experiences before. Three of us ordered bowl based entrees and all really enjoyed them. I ordered the ham and fried rice dish due to my gf dietary restrictions. The dish was very spicy and I could hardly eat it. Our server was less than attentive to our needs so I couldn’t return the dish. We received our bill before we had dessert. We had requested additional drinks and never received them. If this was my first visit, you would have lost a customer.

My party of 4 had a very good dinner at Season 52 in King of Prussia, PA last night. We weren't thrilled about being seated in the bar area but except for it being rather dark, the booth was relatively comfortable, and it wasn't too noisy there. We each had one bar beverage, shared an appetizer (meatball & kale flatbread), and an entree. Everything was very good and enjoyable.

Food was great as always. Service was VERY slow. Likely due to the server having too many tables. Had to ask 2x for water and she never came back to ask if we wanted something else to drink. She was pleasant but not very attentive, which I blame more on management than on her personally.

Bad service. Runners didn't clear app plates before service of mains and didn't clear at all until we asked them to. We had to ask for clean silverware. One order was missed completely and had to be reordered. Drinks didn't come until main course. Runners had no idea which guest had which meal. We've had good service there before but last night was the worst we ever had.

I love the whole idea of this restaurant. However, my last 2 visits have been disappointing. My meal was at best lukewarm yesterday. The previous visit both my husband and I were ill after eating and believe we may have been exposed to gluten. We were excited to find this restaurant and its many healthy and gluten free options. Unfortunately it has fallen short on my last 2 visits. So We will be rethinking our plan to include it in our restaurant choices.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food was generally good, and the service was just okay. The Avo-Rita (a twist on the margarita that had avocado and jalapeños) was unique in its taste and spice level. The edamame dumplings were delicious. Our entrees, however, were problematic. The vegan burger was cold. It tasted good, and was cooked, but wasn’t even the slightest bit warm. The server (and manager Rory) offered to make another one, but we had already waited a long time for our entrees and decided to just pick at it. Rory said he would go into the kitchen to find out what happened, but we never actually got an answer. We were offered a free dessert, even though we had no intention of ordering dessert. For a restaurant that perceives itself to be high end, it would have been nice if they could have just owned up to a mistake and offered to comp our drink or appetizer. Instead, we paid in full for the meal and left with a dessert we weren’t sure we wanted.

Our server Emily got my cocktail order wrong and didn’t correct the check with the correct drink; overcharge. Starter and Entrees took forever to come out of the kitchen. It looked like the Staff were fighting with each other. Music was way too loud. Not one of the better times at this restaurant. I think the Manager needs to come out of his office and walk the floor to see what’s going on with the staff. Food is always good but dishes seem to be suffering from shrinkflation

Service was prompt and friendly. Food was quite average which was a surprise given the fresh ingredient, health conscious marketing. Salad was pretty good, chicken sandwich was huge disappointment — small and badly overcooked.

We haven’t been to True Food in quite a while. From what I remember, it was really good. Was. We arrived around 8:15p and when asked, requested “somewhere secluded” but were seated in a booth with another party directly on the other side & a table next to us with rowdy children. We didn’t say anything. We ordered the edamame dumplings which left a lot to be desired. The broth they were in was basically flavorless, the only mild flavor in the whole dish was the filling inside the dumplings which was, again, mild at best. My husband and daughter split the pepperoni pizza which was good. I ordered the turkey burger on a gluten free bun with the spring mix salad, no remoulade. I requested mustard, and the server at first told me they didn’t have mustard but then backtracked to say they had it but he didn’t think it would go with my burger… it was a strange interaction to say the least. When my burger arrived the bun was burnt on both sides with a smear of brown avocado on each side. I looked at my husband and he almost called the waiter over but I said not to worry about it, it was late and we were hungry. That’s when I noticed I was given the wrong salad — I was given the kale salad. I mentioned it to my husband but again said not to worry about it. At this point I just wanted to eat and leave. I ate half the burger, half the salad, and a slice of pizza to hold me over. I understand it was late, we had an issue at the mall that held us up from having dinner at a normal hour. If you’re open until 9, guests should expect decent service until then. Overall I don’t think we have any interest in coming back.

The service and food were excellent. We went there for lunch and they got us out in plenty of time to return back to work. But everything was delicious.

Food was OK, nothing to rave about. Service was very good. The noise level was a bit high making conversation challenging

I just love true food. Great dinner. Staff (server) was fantastic and I had such great gluten free options.

I had the best burger that I have ever had. The server was very nice and pationate about the food. She kind of disappeared at times, but I liked her. The place was loud, but it was ok. The atmosphere was very cool. I haven't been out to dinner in a while, so I had a little bit of sticker shock. Overall I recommend True food kitchen
