True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you.     It took 30min to get our food to the table. Wish it would have been sooner. we loved the food quality. Good Ambience. Will surely visit again.

    6.1.24 We very much enjoyed our dinner, with the beautiful hospitality of the hostess Kayla and Angel, to greet us at the door, and to try to figure out our situation with OpenTable not opening online… But then the manager James who just had a baby exactly one year ago on May 21 of 2023… Came over and took care of everything! Such a great guy! Our server, Rosario, nicknamed Rose, Was super nice to us and brought us a whole picture of peach lemonade, a fabulous spinach mushroom pizza, the lentil salad, edamame dumplings plus one, for each of us, which are quite costly actually… just adding an extra dumpling is $2.25! For two people to have six dumplings each, it costed $27.90 plus an additional $4.50 for just two extra! … I guess you could say that we really love those edamame dumplings. We had the strawberry arugula salad with the addition of shrimp and the citrus salmon salad and the strawberry crumble cake. All of it was absolutely fantastic! We ate every bit and it was DELICIOUS! Still, Dinner for two was 155.55 a magical angel number! Thank you, True Food Kitchen, for having delicious healthy food! Happy summer! Happy June 1!

    We spontaneously decided to eat at True Food, based on our previous meals there. The menu had changed and felt fresh with new items and familiar with the ones we looked forward to ordering. Simply delicious! The edamame dumplings are the beginning of every meal we have had there, and the salmon bowl was scrumptious, tender and the perfect portion. My husband had a black rice with vegetables and tempeh that had a subtle smokiness to it and next time, that’s when I am ordering!

    Absolutely awesome that True Food Kitchen has eliminated industrial seed oils from their menu!! I can't overstate how cool that is. You can dine fearlessly from seed oil which is really important to me and my family. I hope more restaurants follow suit. Happy to pay a little extra for real food. That said, it's a nice menu. I thought portions were a bit small. Server was very nice but it was a little on the slow side. She forgot a couple small things but it wasn't a big deal. We'll return to support a restaurant doing things the right way.

    TFK stepped up their game with the menu. New addition to the entire menu with more options in all categories. Quiet patio dining after a 10 mile hike in Valley Forge was the best ending to the day. Great service too!
