Exquisitely restored with an elegant menu. However the wait staff has not been trained to provide service that matches both the taste, atmosphere and fine dining bill. No spoon for our appetizer or condiments for the main course. Service was very slow. Management needs to provide staff with fine dining etiquette if they plan on sustaining a returning clientele.

We Dined here on saturday, May 18th, We have dined here many times before and have stayed over a few times to celebrate an Anniversary and Valentine’s day . I can’t say enough about the transformation of the space, the renovation of this place is Amazing! Restaurant Manager David Seals always tries to accommodate and is always friendly and professional upon arrival ! our dinners were Amazing, Best crab cakes in the Valley, Everyone Enjoyed their Dinners and Appetizers and we certainly will be back again, the entire staff deserves accolades for a job well done!

This was my second trip to Wilbur Mansion and it did not disappoint. The entrees were excellent. One of our party stated that the pork chop was the best he has ever eaten. I ordered the lamb which was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was delicious. We were a party of four and every person thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The desserts at the Wilbur Mansion were great the first time we visited and were just as good this time. I am not a huge desert person but I will make an exception every time at the Wilbur. The Wilbur mansion is a great building and a fun place to eat. The first time I was there it was crowded and the noise level was an issue. This time, this noise was much better though it was no less busy. We stopped at the bar before dinner to have a drink. The bartender was attentive and the drinks were well prepared. It was a very good experience. One shout out to the Maître d'. He is friendly, personable, and interjects some humor as he does his job. While I do not know this gentlman, he was a pleasure.

If you are looking for an awesome place for a special occasion consider the Wilbur Mansion it will not disappoint. Food, atmosphere, service and food were all Fantastic!

Unfortunately it was not as good as the last time. Seabass was overcooked and Lobster Ravioli was undercooked. I didn't feel the price reflected the dinner. Not sure what has happened since the last time we had dinner here, but I hope you get it fixed. Drinks and service were fantastic. Great ambiance, but it does get really loud.

Food was cold. Duck l'orange didn't have an orange sauce. Bread had an extra charge.

We have stay overnight before but have not eaten there for dinner, only breakfast. Dinner before our concert with friends was wonderful!! Everything was great, service, food, etc… We will be returning when we are in the area! Thanks

The food and service was excellent, and they were able to help me make the dinner a surprise for my mother - My sister was running late, and they didn't mention the additional reservation seat and slowed service until she was able to arrive. It was very much appreciated!
