This was our first dinner at Casia Lodge and the experience exceeded expectations. We have enjoyed fine dining around the world, including in New York, Tokyo, Paris and San Francisco. The food selection and preparation at Casio was on a par with what we have enjoyed at restaurants in those cities. To have a world class restaurant in the beautiful Methow Valley is indeed a special treat.

my lamb was too rare for me, I saw other folks' chops more cooked, it was ok as I'm not a huge meat-eater anyway all the other food was outstanding!

Wonderful dining experience. Very nice but not stuffy. Food was thoughtful and portions adequate. Evan was wonderful server. Beautiful bar. Have since recommended to others and will return! Thank you!
