First time there- food was very good, priced well, and ambiance nice. We did celebrate a special occasion which was mentioned on reservation and also in person, yet wasn’t acknowledged. Some places do, and that would’ve sent the review over the top. But overall good and I’d go back.

We enjoyed a breakfast for 3 on our daughter’s 21st birthday. The food was delicious. The eggs Benedict was poached perfectly, everything was fresh, portions were just right. I look forward to a return visit!

This is, by far, the best Sunday brunch we have ever been to. The staff was so nice. The Hotel Bethlehem is gorgeous and the food was so yummy! Of course it's a little pricey but was well worth it! We will definitely come again!

The staff was beyond kind and considerate, especially the hostess. Our waiter was quick and polite, as well. The food was fine, and my wife and I just wanted a quick bite. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Sunday brunch is amazing. While an expensive spend, I feel it’s worth it for a special occasion. So many options and food is high quality and delicious. Will definitely go back again for a treat.

We were there for breakfast. The food was tepid at best. The waitress forgot the bacon. Unfortunately she didn’t check on our table until well after we completed our meal. So we never got the bacon and there were no refills on drinks. We were disappointed after all the hype this place gets.

Service was incredibly slow on this Saturday noon reservation. Our server did her best, apologizing that there was a problem in the kitchen. But even the desserts took forever to be delivered.

Although there was a huge selection of food - the food was poor quality. The quality is something you would expect at a $19.99 brunch not $50

We visited for our five year anniversary - we were married there in 2019. As always, the food, service and atmosphere were top notch. This is our favorite place to celebrate.

Lovely brunch experience. Great ambience in all dining areas, beautiful decor in the hotel, the piano player also doubled as the accordion player - cheerful music that added quite a bit of pizzazz to our experience there. The food was plentiful, probably ate a little too much but there were just so many delicious options!

I was kind of underwhelmed by my experience. I had heard such good things about the Hotel Bethlehem. Nothing was bad, but at the same token nothing wowed me. I probably won’t go back for dinner.

Overall, very good. The Tap Room is one of our favorite places to go. As we dined on a Monday @5:30, it was not crowded, and service was prompt. Servings are appropriate in size and arrived fresh and hot. Prices are fair for the quality of food & service.

Beautiful setting, we just picked the wrong time to eat, right at transition time from lunch to dinner. Slowed our service as staff were elsewhere occupied. Now I better appreciate restaurants that close service for a half hour to transition. Was my first time dining there but half my table were locals who’ve dined there often. They felt the meals were not up to expectation, but I have no specifics that I can offer on that. Mine was good.

To be honest this is my second time eating at the Hotel. First time a Christmas it was a disaster we chalked that up to the ridiculously busy time for Hotel Bethlehem. This time it was dead quiet and unfortunately the food was average wedding banquet food at best. Service was friendly and fine atmosphere is beautiful. The food does not match the setting in terms of quality and expectations.

If you are looking for a place to eat for a special occasion or just a place that serves great food in a beautiful setting, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Bethlehem Hotel. I haven't enjoyed dining out as much as I did when I had lunch there the other day. Everything was perfect.

Mushroom ravioli to start, superb. Sweet potato puree soup du jour, purefect. Chocolate old fashioned Woodford rye, really nice. Bottle of big sky Sauvignon Blanc, match for the meal, exquisite with my Atlantic char and beet salad with salmon. Dessert was next level, butter toffee pudding cake with an iced Irish coffee!!! $190. Left $250. Chelsea was a gracious host!!!

Overall, a very nice dining experience. Aude was our server & he was very good. Our appetizer (which we shared) arrived hot as did our entrees. We feel that the price is fair for the quality of the food. We requested a table near the window & were seated promptly. I would strongly encourage reservations, particularly on the weekends.

We took our 12 yr. old granddaughter to dinner at the hotel after a Bach Family Concert. We enjoyed the casual ambiance and good food choices for a Sunday evening. It was relatively quiet and so we lingered over dinner and conversation. Dinners were delicious and nicely presented. Servers very attentive and pleasant also!

Our server Fernando was attentive, engaging and helpful. The food was delicious. My friend said the crab cakes were the best she has ever had! Cocktails were great also!
