We felt very rushed and to spend $380 for a Mother’s Day celebration I’d never recommend anyone dine at the Melting Pot. The service has gone down hill. We’ve dined there plenty of times in the past and never had such a poor outing ant your restaurant. It’s a shame how all they seem to care about is making money over giving patrons a great dining experience! For this I’d have a tough time recommending the Melting Pot.

I cannot recommend any restaurant more than I recommend The Melting Pot. They have great food, service, ambiance, they really make all the difference in your night and being able to celebrate, or just going out to enjoy yourself. I dined in with John on Mother’s day and my experience was amazing. John went out of his way to accommodate us, made really funny jokes, and gave us such great recommendations! I loved the fondue he recommended, The Quattro Formaggio, and my mom loved the “Love Martini” he recommended as well! If you want to have an incredible experience with and incredible server, be sure to choose this place and bonus points if you request John! He really does make all the difference, all the servers are great and I’ve dined in plenty of times, but John is really so personable and a guaranteed great experience!

Early Mothers day dinner was wonderful!!! Cocktails kicked it off with one of the best espresso martini’s I’ve had. The Brie and bacon fondue was excellent and left me wanting more. We order fries to dip as a side which was a great add. But when we grilled the surf and turf I was glad we didn’t order a second cheese. The sauces were wonderful and the steak and duck we amazing. Not a sweets person we did the loaded backed potato as a “dessert” which gave us a taste of a different option. It was more filling than the bacon and Brie. For fun with family or friends or a date night this is such a unique and cool experience. Ask for Savannah!!! She helped us make choices and was very professional but friendly!!

I liked the former location of the Melting Pot in King of Prussia. It seemed more cozy and private in the booths. I think they also provided more vegetables with the meat/seafood part of the meal. Similarly, I think they provided more of a variety of treats to dip into the dessert fondue. I always really enjoyed myself at the former location. I’ve been to the new location twice and have been disappointed both times.

Our server, John, was singlehandedly one of the most involved and genuinely great waiters my girlfriend and I have experienced. We came here just as something fun for a date night, but after that service, we plan to come back.

Me and my gf had a much needed ladies night out and our waitress Jess made it even better! I will definitely make sure I ask for her next time ! She was so much fun!! The manager was also great too! She also came around to check on us and ensure the drinks were good!

What a great experience, our first time. The food was delicious, but the service from Connor (only his 7th shift) was outstanding. He walked us through the process and just made the whole experience better.

Eddie was absolutely amazing. He gave great recommendations and his street corn was FIRE 🔥. I dined by myself but he still was able to provide great service and made sure I had a fantastic meal.

We celebrated my daughter-in laws birthday at the Melting Pot. We always have a good time here, but our server, Eddie, elevated our experience this time. Eddie is friendly, personable and offers diners delicious suggestions from how to make the most delicious ‘street corn’ with a combination of sauces, to a peanut butter and fluff dessert. Eddie offers attentive friendly service, great suggestions and anticipated our needs. Always enjoy Melting Pot, but Eddie made it super special ! Thank you Eddie for your great service!

We had the most amazing experience for my daughters birthday. From start to finish the food was amazing. The best was the service we received. My son has multiple food allergies and the waiter went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe. My son was able to experience everything we had which is not always the case. We have had Roger as our server twice! He is wonderful. This was the first time we did brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. We left full as usual, but not overly extending our bellies like we do when we do a four course lol

Went with friends who have never been out for fondue. From the cheese course to entree to flaming chocolate fondue, it was excellent. We were able to have 2 different cheeses, 2 different cooking styles and 2 different chocolates with our own choice of meats and extra veggies. Our waiter, John, was wonderful with a perfectly paced meal, great instructions for our newbie fondue friends and checking in to see if we needed anything else. We never felt rushed and we were there for 4 hours. John was nice enough to start our cheese course before our friends arrived, as they were running late. Will definitely be back. More fun with friends as you can try more things, but worth it for 2 as well.

We were celebrating a birthday and baby announcement...Melting Pot did not disappoint! John our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. Food was fresh, well presented, and tasty. We ordered the meal for 2, plus one extra salad and we had a feast for 3.

We had a great experience, the place was great, very comfortable and the seats were good. The food was very good as we had remembered from the time of our last visit which had been years. We would like to note our experience was ever more enjoyable due to the outstanding service by our waiter Jon. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drinks but knew how to very comfortably chat and make sure we were very happy.

We enjoyed ourselves! Anna took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t mention it was our anniversary but she still brought us a card and a treat for us! She took care of us all night and she will be the reason we come back. Thank you Anna!

Our waiter Angel was amazing. He went above and beyond to serve us. He was patient, explained the menu/ cooking style, and was very attentive to us. He continued to provide refills as needed and really made the experience wonderful!
