Aimee Olexy and Stephen Starr's The Love is a bi-level sanctuary features 150 seats, split between the main dining room, sidewalk seating, and an upper-level loft. The restaurant is a spirited and carefree neighborhood café celebrating everyday American cuisine. The menu is crafted around what’s truly seasonal and local, while the beverage program reflects the best of the region.     Came for a business meeting, staff was great, was surprised how busy it was for a Monday. Only issue was how loud it was, but that's not the server or chefs fault.

    We really enjoyed our brunch at The Love! The food was excellent and the wait staff was incredibly attentive. I had the broccoli and cheese omelette and the beet salad; both were superb. It was a bit noisy in the restaurant -- which, of course, is a sign of a great restaurant! -- but it was difficult to hear each other a few times during our brunch. The only feedback I have that isn't incredibly positive are the prices ... although the food is excellent, it's a bit pricey. I understand that paying for quality service and a lovely location mean $$$$$$$$, but I was surprised at the average cost of a breakfast entree. Even so, I would still recommend folks check out The Love -- just be aware of the high prices for brunch dishes.

    My friend and I had arrived 30 minutes late for the reservation but the hostess kindly directed us to a table. What a nice experience to have a nice dinner!

    From appetizers to dessert, one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The cornbread was to die for. The risotto appetizer was amazing. The seafood cacio e pepe was so flavorful and delicious. If I have any complaint, it’s that the cocktail had too much ice. But it was delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

    Have been to the The Love multiple times and it never disappoints. Great atmosphere, amazing seasonal food, fantastic staff. One of our favorite restaurants in the city.

    I really enjoyed my meal. I was a lone for dinner but didn’t feel lonely the food was great and the service was excellent. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the city
