A high-energy cocktail lounge amidst the Lancaster sky, The Exchange redefines your view of this historic yet Hip City. We are a 21+ establishment after 4pm. You must present a valid physical ID at the door.

Sip from an extensive craft cocktail menu complemented by thoughtful wine & local beer selection; savor a menu of inventive small plates by Chef Ryan McQuillan; and socialize at the The Exchange: Your favorite gathering place.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are encouraged during peak times and weekends. Walk-ins are welcomed on a first come, first serve basis. If you're looking to make a reservation, please find us on OpenTable, or call during business hours.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Please be aware that outdoor seating is not guaranteed; your reservation is subject to cancellation in any case of severe weather or unsafe wind conditions on the roof. If we are unable to move your reservation inside, we will contact you.

Waited half an hour after being seating for someone to come up and take our order. Nobody came even to ask us what we wanted to drink or provide water. Walked right out. The unfortunate looking brunette host was also no help.

Never been to a Tapas restaurant before but it was fun. Our server Josh was very helpful explaining the process and reasonably attentive given how busy it was. The hummus appetizer was off the charts-never had such a delightful recipe. Ginger noodles & crab was good, not outstanding. Vegatable pizza was good apprciated more by my wife than me. Would definitely go again.

Took our daughters for lunch and really enjoyed sitting outside with the amazing view. Our salads were yummy and the drinks were delicious. We will be back!

Brunch menu options were limited. The server never checked on us and we had to ask him to remove the plates from the table that we had stacked. The music was excessively loud, it was difficult to have a conversation. Not exactly the vibe for a nice brunch.

I love the exchange in general but was so excited to see they have a great brunch! I was blown away by the breakfast pizza and the drinks. The view is unbelievable and the staff is always fantastic.

This was our first time and we chose to sit outside by the fire. The chairs were not the best but the service was quick and very polite, the food was very good and even though it was cloudy, the view was good and very pretty after it was dark.

It was ok, been a couple times before. Food was not that great. Obviously, it’s on the higher end of pricing which we knew but the quality was not there. Service was mediocre at best.

This was our first time at The Exchange and it exceeded our expectations! Josh was our server and he was super attentive and gave us great suggestions! Highly recommend!
