Love this place. However, the noise level quickly rises as tables fill up. Also, some tables are so close that you feel as if you are dining with the people next to you. All conversations are overheard.

Very disappointed in today’s meal. Server was less than friendly - seemed very bothered by waiting on our table. And there was a hair in the cheese in my salad. The setting for lunch was just perfect, but everything else was subpar for an $80 meal.

Waited 10 mins just to get water. Husband was absolutely parched because he worked out in the yard all day. Another 10 mins to get my beer. At least. Some bread finally arrived in a cute terra cotta pot with herbed butter which was nice. Although the bread was dry. Awesome looking menu. I had high hopes but my salmon with succotash was not even warm. Succotash was cold and oily. I think this is the only time in history I didn’t finish my meal. Husband said his halibut was excellent. Could not hear the waitress without straining because it was too loud. Could not hear husband across table either for same reason. It was a bit too cold inside. The plants and twinkling lights were pretty. I actually chose this restaurant for the ambience - I just don’t think the twinkling lights and the plants which are gorgeous make up for that cold vibe going on there. Dinner was a bit pricey for the quality. Won’t go back to this restaurant.

Beautiful garden elements enhanced the ambiance and our overall dining experience. Delicious beverages and imaginative and well-crafted menu items were delicious and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning again soon.

Our first visit was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in until the time we left we truly enjoyed ourselves. The food is AMAZING!! The service was flawless! We will most definitely be back!!!

I love this place, today was my third time dining here. Today our server wasn’t as friendly as they normally are. I definitely understand if they not having a good day but customer service should always be a priority. Regarding the food quality and taste, it was really good except for the matcha lattes. They were insipid. Besides that everything was fine. Another thing we observed was that the waitress was complaining to another server about what we requested, which I found very impolite to do in front of guests.

A lovely brunch! I brought my Aunt to Terrain for brunch. We were seated in the greenhouse. Everything was lovely: the atmosphere, service and food.

Happy that new items have been added to the menu. Our waiter was the best. I had the chicken pot pie (new item) delicious. The shared cookie and cream ice cream the best we ever tasted. The potted bread always delightful and the omelet outstanding. Finishing off with a large pot of tea and never being rushed, makes for a perfect outing.

Parking was a pain as there is only one way in or out and it's impacted by the nearby light. The food was good but not outstanding. It was a lovely lunch with my daughter.

I’ve dined at Terrain many times and the food atmosphere and service are always good. However, today was just outstanding due to our server, Nick D. He was exceptional and deserves an excellent review! He greeted us with an enthusiastic smile and some info on drinks for brunch. His knowledge of the menu was top notch and he even offered some suggestions too. Nick D. is so “on brand” with Terrain , he’s a keeper !!! Can’t wait to come back and we may even have to request one of his tables ! Sincerely, Helen Gorny

The atmosphere is wonderful in the outer part of the restaurant. I had the Quinoa bowl and added grilled salmon to it. My friend had the coffee roasted short ribs. Both were absolutely delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend and remind them to also enjoy adding shopping to the visit in the beautiful store. This place makes me feel happy just walking in. I will definitely return over and over.

We ate a light vegetarian dinner and enjoyed each of our meals. The mushroom soup was amazing! Nice ambiance, filled with flowers and greenery, and nice to do a bit of shopping after our meal in the well-stocked garden store.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Great choices for the menu where there was a selection for all people. There was gluten free options which was wonderful!!! The fairy lights and garden theme was romantic for a date night or a peaceful lunch for the afternoon. The garden center was connected to the restaurant and you could easily spend an hour looking at all the plants and household items. This will be a regular date night for us.

Been here multiple times, and while the quality hasn't been as good in the past year or so, it was outstanding yesterday. Wonderful burger, and brioche french toast. It was really noisy at noon on a Monday with a big table of women celebrating something loudly, and the rest of the greenhouse filled with other diners. Still my parents enjoyed the meal thoroughly.

Wonderful brunch celebrating an engagement. Waiter and overall service was excellent! Ambiance is fabulous!! Would visit for all kinds of occasions! It is a 'smaller' space and noisier I would say than than a regular indoor restaurant, but worth it if you like a rustic/garden atmosphere :)

We've been going to Terrain Cafe for many years and it's always a treat! The ambience, staff and food are consistently good. Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating, and there's a very lively and fresh energy about this place. It's the kind of place that stimulates the senses in every way. We'll always recommend this spot.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When making our reservation we were asked if this was a special occasion and we so indicated what it was. The receptionist acknowledged our occasion, but our server did not. We thought that a bit odd. Why ask?

Halibut entree was very good, but haricots verts were awful. They were sparse, burned, and the ends were not trimmed. There was nothing else accompanying the entree, and it was overpriced.
