This restaurant lost all it's attraction. It's just not the energetic place it used to be. You enter into a restaurant that used to be so crowded and bustling to a few tables filled and no host. The bartenders look miserable and don't even look up. Lovely waitress was welcoming, don't know her name but can describe that she had a bright yellow haired wig. Lovely woman. They are severely understaffed, so if you needed anything, there was along wait for a server or a water refill. Our drinks that were $15 each, came with very melted ice after they sat at the bar for 10 minutes, didn't even order a second because the drinks were unpleasant. We had Malik as our server. He was very personable and a pleasure. He tried his very best to be attentive to us and we were happy with his service. The food was good, which I didn't expect since the restaurant looked run down and smelled musty. I won't be going back there, you can't get the experience you want when spending a few hundred dollars on a meal.

Steak was excellent and properly prepared. Side were abundant and able to be shared by the table. Service was attentive and on point. We will return in the future

Skip the hype, high price and only so so food and go elsewhere. Even with a reservation we were forced to wait 30 minutes for the table. They, of course, inform you after 15 minutes your reservation will be gone and they will charge your credit card $25 per person!

Service was not good. Have dined here before but this time portions was very small. I got $13 add on of garlic shrimp with my fillet and the shrimp were the smallest I’ve ever been served in a restaurant, let alone an expensive steakhouse.

Went on Mothers Day so the busyness of the day may have impacted the experience. The food was generally good, but the Cajun Spiced Seared Ahi Tuna was disappointing as the strength of the Cajun rub overwhelmed the delicate flavor and texture of the tuna. Our Filets and Rack of Lamb were very good. The Bread Pudding was also a bit disappointing as it was served room temperature and not warm as advertised. But it was a number of small things that really made the experience not as positive as we expected from a place as high end as Sullivans. One of our wine glasses was very dirty, fingerprints and something sticky on it - almost seemed like it had not been cleared from the previous group at the table. And one of our bread dished was also dirty. The plating of the food was not particularly appealing. Our $55+ steaks and lamb looked very small and inconsequential and sitting alone in the middle of oversized white plates. Our server was very pleasant and friendly and tried very hard. But she was very young and inexperienced, she struggled opening the wine. I noticed many of the servers looked on the younger side and I am guessing that the more experienced wait staff may have had off for Mothers Day. Again, not our servers fault given her apparent level of experience. Bottom line, the overall experience was OK, but was definitely not up to the level of a high end steakhouse that cost over $100 per person.

Mothers Day 2024 ..despite my trepidation on booking Sullivan's for a holiday seating...I guess a 20 minute wait for our 4pm reservation for four person is acceptable...but I sure wish a table was ready within 5 minutes Food was terrific...service outstanding...(our server David was great!!!) only one drink ( a Margarita) diet sodas and 3 8oz filets 1 8 oz. filet with crab and two appetizers and desserts were 335.00 with 20% tip 405.00

Our waitress was wonderful. She was very cheery. Food was excellent. Always a bit pricey. We had a table for 4 for Mother's Day Brunch. The menu was their regular menu. I would have expected some brunch items. Was disappointed with that. Two plates were delivered, and we waited 8 minutes before the remaining two dishes were delivered. Not proper for a high-end restaurant. Overall, still a nice dining experience.

We were there for lunch to celebrate my son's birthday and Mother's Day. Maleek was our server and she was very attentive and was very friendly. It was disappointing when I found out that they ran of sparklers to put on the dessert to celebrate my son's birthday. It was also disappointing that the prime rib was not available on Mother's Day when it has always been available on Sundays, and I was told it's just seasonal. How can this be when Sullivan's is a steakhouse? Such a disappointment.
