We were there for our anniversary. They sat us at a table way in the back. Ordered steaks and crispy Brussel sprouts which were sent back twice because they were not crispy. Our steaks came mine to rare and my wife’s over cooked. I had to ask the waiter for refills on my soda. The manager did come over to apologize and comped the wine and removed one of the steaks off the bill. I would have preferred having ever been done correctly and paying the full amount. We probably won’t return.

They seems to under the delusion that they are such a formal establishment that a dress code is required, in particular, the wearing of hats in the restaurant. I was asked to remove my baseball cap, which I wear to keep my balding head warm, by the hostess then by the manager. Really? Everything about the restaurant screams of a declining establishment, trying desperately to hold unto its former glory days, from the aging decor to the mediocre service and food that they try to pass off as haute cuisine. And this is reflected in the clientele that it seems to attract (as I looked around the restaurant). My wife and I made a last minute reservation on a Friday evening as a convenient place to partake in some steak after shopping at the adjoining KoP Mall. As such, we were both dressed very informally (including my baseball cap), but we didn’t even dream of a dress code at a restaurant such as Sullivan’s. They backed off after I told them that I would rather leave rather than accede to their notion of “dress code”. All they ended up achieving was lose an occasional customer willing to spend a couple of hundred dollars on a steak dinner.

Wonderful Thursday experience for a late birthday dinner. Cocktails were poured to perfection and 2 perfect filets! Waiter was not pushy but touched on everything available. Food came out together which is such a small part of service I love. Fresh, hot and on par with my expectations considering the cost! Will be back.

Can’t say we were impressed this time. We felt forgotten. Our order was quickly taken all at once instead of starting with appetizers. No offer of fresh pepper on our salad.No checking on our meals and even when we asked for our order of Brussel sprouts we never got them. It seemed like there was enough staff but yet we still had dirty dishes when our meals arrived. I had the salmon which was left too long under warming lights.Completely dried out that I couldn’t enjoy it. The men did enjoy their steaks and desserts were tasty. Must have been a really off night because we’ve dined here several times in the past and enjoyed it.

Our waiter (Vietnamese guy) was excellent. He was just overworked. Seemed to be the only server at lunch that day. He was kind and did not seem flustered, but he was working very hard and having to serve many tables by himself. The time between courses was extremely slow. There were 3 of us; we got there at 12:45 and left at 3:15. We did not say anything because we were not in a hurry, but it took an extraordinarily long time. We appreciated how courteous our server was, but felt bad that he was the only one working.

This was a great restaurant. The staff was very accommodating to our large party from changing our reservation time to playing music in our private room. The food was seasoned very well with salt but overall a delicious meal. Our waiter and his helpers were top notch! Would highly recommend!

Food was good, service was great. Not sure why the hostess would try and seat someone at the first table by the entrance when the restaurant was only 20% full.

First time visitor to Sullivan’s. Kind of surprising since I’m a big fan of top shelf Steak Houses. Service was really perfect. The filet, as you’d expect, was cooked perfectly. We had the Crab Fried Rice side and it was amazing. Also the Cesar salad was very good.
