Had dinner last night on a Sunday. The restaurant wasn't busy but it was nice. The service was great and the food was delicious. Our server took really great care of us.

Sunday night dinner with my wife and everything was perfect. We had a great dining experience. From the food to the service to the music. Will be back for brunch as our server recommended it to us.

STK Bellevue definitely has it all wrong. Steaks were unseasoned. Sides never made it to the table. Servers all appear to be in their first job, which is fine, but the expectations of service level at this price point is more than received - by a lot. Host wasn’t friendly. Bright spot was the bread and oil - best and only good part of the meal. Do not recommend this location. Also, they use very aggressive strobe lights to celebrate bdays and other things so if you’re triggered by flashing lights, be warned. It was a lot for me and not something that traditionally bothers me.

What a great time spent here. Back again, and I can not say enough great things about this place. Food is delicious as always, and service is amazing. The attentiveness and knowledge of the staff is great. They made us feel special. Will have to be back for brunch as it was recommended by our server.

Came in last night for Food and drinks. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the Host with a friendly smile. We were promptly sat. Not even 1 minute later we were greeted by our Server. Love the decor and love the music. Food was delicous and servuce was great.The Manager came to our table to ask how everything was tasting. That was a nice touch. It was a very nice night out. We will be back

Seattle Restaurant Week was a great opportunity to visit someplace new, STK Steakhouse. Three of us shared 3 entrees - 12 oz ribeye, maple glazed salmon and mushroom risotto - and we loved all three. Our server offered to have the kitchen serve them family style on a large charcuterie style board, which was really convenient for sharing. Unfortunately I forget her name, but she was very helpful with suggestions on menu and drinks, and was very attentive throughout. We arrived early enough to catch the end of happy hour, so were able to get cocktails and wine for our dinner at HH prices. It is really a great deal with cocktails and a few high quality wines only $9 per glass. HH food selection also has some great options, ranging from only $3-$9, like 2 wagyu beef sliders called brgs for $9. I will definitely return soon for happy hour.

STK is the top place to go eat steak, i was very impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere! the food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic! the place is to die for it’s so beautiful! i had an amazing experience definitely coming back!

Best Steakhouse that i’ve ever been to!!! The food was very delicious and tasty. The whole vibe was overall outstanding, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a steakhouse to go to! 😊

I don't usually write reviews. But STK is different. The decor is beautiful and there is a vibe lights that I've never experienced before. I've been to other steakhouse and it's always quiet and almost kind of boring. Not STK! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and promptly seated. The food was delicious. But what stood out the most was the service by our Server. The attention to detail and always making sure we were doing great. First time here, and it won't be our last.

I can’t tolerate the volume of music you play. What makes restaurants think loud, pounding music, where the bass line penetrates one’s nervous system, makes for a good dining experience? Plus, (news flash) not everyone likes the same king of music. Yours is torture.

STK still can't get skilled waitstaff to follow proper service flows. First we had to ask for silverware three times before we took sets from a nearby table. Then, our Cesar salad come out at the same times as our steaks. Does management train their staff to understand MEAL COURSES???? Last, my husband ordered his steak medium, I ordered my steak medium well. The busser who brought out the steaks had no idea which steak was cooked how and who ordered which one. High end restaurants do not "auction" off entrees. GESH! This is not a restaurant to tip more than 15%. It's Applebee's quality.

I do not like giving bad reviews. I have been to alot of steakhouses across the US and the team at STK may have had a bad night. This was for a business meeting. My client and I were greeted well and seated promptly. Pretty quickly a waiter came and took our drink order. 10 minutes later a waitress came over and asked if we would like anything to drink. We told her a waiter had already taken our order. She said she would be our waitress and we gave her our order. 10 minutes later the waiter and current waitress came over with prosecco (i asked what it was) when I had ordered champagne and to tell my client that they were out of amaretto. Put an order in for makers mark and coke. They didnt have makers mark. Long and short steak was ordered medium and it came out on the rarer side of rare. Service was fine but nothing wowed me. Two people with tip $440. Lots of steakhouse out there with much better service, food quality and ambiance for that price. Bourbon Steak House in Nashville is much better.

Went in to checkout STK. It was recommended by a colleague. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The decor and ambiance were great! It's different from a normal steakhouse. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. I came for dinner, but I will be back to checkout their brunch and happy hour.

We were overcharge the food and did not realized until we got home. We called and spoke to the supervisor last night and waiter the manager to call us back this morning but has not heard from them yet. In addition. My husband reminded that he only gave a 20% tip but somehow when he checked the credit card, he was charged 22%. He NEVER EVER has given that amount in tip before! He feels like the waitress is not being honest.

Nice vibe, enjoyed the cocktails. Side orders were tasty. Had to return my filet twice, due to being really overcooked the first time and then very rare second time. I clearly requested “pink throughout” from the server. Had to eat alone after my dining companions were almost finished.

Very sub-par. The halibut fish and chips was inedible. and it's $66. I have had better at a fast-food restaurant. I hosted 10 people for a work dinner and my guests were politely silent on the quality of our experience. AND, they didn't see the check!

Had skirt steak...it was tough. Asked for medium thinking as a steak house they tend to cook more on the pink side, but got a medium well. In hind sight, should've asked for medium rare. Overall food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Service was ok. Got turned off when we were served fork with our apple crumble topped with ice cream. Forks for ice cream. Server said she looked everywhere but couldn't find a spoon. It was a Tuesday night, not a busy night -- how can a restaurant not have a dessert spoon?! Bar area was busy though. Seems a happy hour hang out.

Our first time at STK instead of going to El Gaucho, John Howie, or Daniel’s. We were disappointed with the food we ordered, but the service, location, and ambience was great. I ordered the chicken ($53) + the “zesty” seasoning ($7) the waitress upsold. While it had some paprika seasoning in it, there was not enough flavor, I had to add salt. I couldn’t taste the garlic confit and saw a drop of mustard seed on top. While the veggies the chicken sat upon were good and it was cooked well, just overall I think the $60 chicken breast and wing flavor could have been kicked up a notch. The side was a seasonal “hashbrown”($19) - it was a spoonful of mashed potatoes with oodles of cheese and grilled onions flat on a plate. The onions were the “brown” I guess and it wasn’t “hashed”, we felt weird that we expected an actual crispy potato of some sort. They were flavorful, but too rich to eat straight, so I dipped my chicken in it to add flavor and that was good together. My husband’s prime rib was also not really seasoned well and didn’t come with a traditional au ju, but a salsa. The side was a sweet cinnamon and/or nutmeg potato wedge, which was good. He thought he could have done better with this cut elsewhere. We ordered two spiced watermelon drinks which were tasty. We left a 20% tip and it came to roughly $300 (we had a $9 sparkling water as well). The overall value for us was not there for that price, but the overall service staff were delightful.

Cung and Kathy did an amazing job taking care of our big party and making the birthday celebration special. The food was amazing and the ambience of the restaurant was lively and fun. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for good food, drinks, and service.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Talked to at least 4 different people to make it smooth and special. None of the information was shared. The service was ridiculously slow. Server changed right after intro not communicating that this was a special event. Order was not done as requested and had to send steak back, while all the others had their order. The food there is good, but for the price the service and management quality should match.

When we arrived at the table the table didn’t look as though it was cleaned and there were 2 serving trays blocking the booth entries. We set up this reservation over a week ago and made it clear to them that we were Celebrating our 7th Wedding Anniversary and were hoping to feel appreciated. Unfortunately, the Server did not show up very often or make us feel special at all. Her voice was really quiet and she seemed like she was new to serving and very timid. We noticed that almost everyone around us appeared to be celebrating something. They were all being Celebrated with Sparklers and appeared to have more consistent service. Last time we were in there the Service was good. This time it was terrible. The girl hardly showed up to our table and just didn’t have much of any personality. We felt like she forgot us throughout the night. When we asked for the check she came out with 2 glasses of Champagne. Last time we were there that was provided upon arrival and felt like a nice gesture off the bat. This time it felt like she really just forgot them and was just using it as a tool to get a tip. The food there was good as it typically is, and the bread is always great. We decided to box up the food and I didn’t realize it at the time, but she only put part of my steak in the box and missed the bone which had a significant chunk of meat on it. I opened the box today and it was infuriating to spend over $500 and leave out a huge portion of the meat, and also the few Brussels. When you go out to eat well, sometimes it is really nice to have a little bit for the next day. What we were left with was questionable. I like STK’s food, and that’s mainly why we have gone there. This time I felt like we didn’t get a very good bang for the buck. The server really missed the mark.

From the moment the first dish landed on our table, it was clear—the chefs here don't play around. Each steak was a masterpiece, rivaling the finest I've savored worldwide. And it's not just about the beef; the menu's variety ensures that there's something spectacular for everyone. The Maine Lobster Linguine my daughter ordered? Absolute perfection. As for my selections, the Bone in Filet and my son's Cowgirl Bone-in Ribeye, were the stuff of carnivorous dreams. However, every steakhouse saga has its twists, and ours began right at the door. Imagine arriving with high hopes and a reservation, only to be greeted by a scene of confusion, reminiscent of a crowded elevator where no one knows which button to press. The reception area felt more like a test of patience than the welcome mat to a fine dining experience. It was a stark contrast to the orchestrated elegance you'd find at, say, the Cheesecake Factory on a Saturday night. Now, onto the service. In a setting where the prices whisper sweet luxury and exclusivity, the service seemed to mumble in mediocrity. Our server was undoubtedly a star, but perhaps not the brightest in the constellation STK aimed to be. The lingering unused wine glasses and excess cutlery on our table was more awkward than avant-garde. And when it came to the advice on sharing sides, it was a big miss. In a life of luxe dining, chefs have emerged to greet me, making me feel like royalty. Alas, Bellevue's STK didn't quite meet expectations in the way I'd hoped. The search for the crown jewel of dining experiences in Bellevue continues, but the quest itself is half the fun—especially when it involves steaks that nearly steal the show. I won't be back.

We took a friend there from another country and she loved it. The food and drinks were great. Valentina knew how to be the perfect host. If you ever want to check out this place, ask for her. If you enjoy a chill, club atmosphere that has good food and drinks, I'd recommend this place.

Tomahawk steak was great with the wagyu umami butter. Happy hour bites offered plentiful choices and great for small bite appetizers.

First time we tried the weekend brunch. Foods and drinks were very good. Weather was perfect to sit outside. Our server was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

This place is not good. So overpriced. Brown lettuce Caesar salad. Even if the lettuce wasn’t brown, flavor was very average (for $26). Tables too small for 4. The waitress was nice and worked hard but the service felt like Red Robin. When the salads came out the server carried all three with one cradled against his stomach. Even though one salad was shared they didn’t bring extra plate until they were half done. Had to ask to have them light the candle. So many details were off with this place - too many to list. The main courses were also really average but for the price just delusional. $700 for 4 people and no dessert ( we wanted to leave at that point). For that price, just go to Daniels or the Met, which I go to all the time. This place would have been overpriced at half the amount. I honestly left very disappointed and felt completely ripped off.

This place has a great high energy vibe, the good thing is if you want a fairly quiet dining experience then go there earlier in the evening, if you want a fun atmosphere then go later on in the evening, the music starts low with a good beat then as it gets later the music gets a little louder but it’s fun. While we were there with our party of 4 eating dinner there was 2 other tables celebrating birthdays, then it gets even better, the employees come out with these crazy sparklers and gather around the birthday table to help celebrate. It’s fun and worth the money to check it out if you’re a fun person. Have been here before and will come back! Plus it’s not as expensive as some of the high end steakhouses in the area. Highly recommend!

Our server Valentina was awesome! She was very patient and sweet. We had a table of 10 and she was able to accommodate all of our needs. Great place to spend my birthday, thank you STK.
