Everything we tried was great. Barbeque is their best, and crab cakes were delicious. The creme brulee cheesecake was heavenly.😋

Always helpful staff and a menu that includes great staples such as Poutine. I eat their salads which are enormous although I do have the brisket now and then which is so tender.

Made a last minute reservation for NYE for 6 and we weren’t disappointed. Good bar food and fun ambiance. Weren’t aware the kitchen closed 45 minutes after we sat down but we didn’t feel overly rushed to order or finish our meal. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

We sat at the bar and a very friendly bar tender waited on us. Great beer! Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The barbecue brisket was very tasty!

We went after a college tour on a quiet Monday. Food was absolutely delicious and our server, great. The beer was nice too. I would definitely go again, and perhaps on a busier day to get the real vibe there. Very nice area and place!

Fantastic dry rub on the ribs, and the brisket sandwich was made all the more delicious with the application of the various sauces they offered. Brewers salad with grilled chicken was awesome! Great beers, live music on a Friday night- we’ll be back!

Brisket and St Louis ribs were DRY. Brisket had huge chunks of just FAT. Pulled pork was good. Got a to-go order after we ate & no sauces were included despite waitress asking which sauces we wanted. Music at 3:30 on Saturday was nice but it was too loud - it significantly impeded conversation. Overall, ok place.

Good food with a diverse menu at reasonable prices. Wait staff was attentive and delivered apps, drinks, and entrees promptly. We appreciated the low noise level which allowed us to easily converse. We recommend for families, singles, guys or gals night out.

We have always enjoyed Sterling Pig and this time was no exception. My son had the smoked wings, I had the salmon. Both good. I had two Big Guns IPAs. Always a good time at the Pig.

Love this place and have gone a lot in the past and loved the brisket. However this visit the brisket was tough and not what it was-tender and flavorful. And it was not cheap. The people and service were great though.

Sterling Pig was okay. The server explained they were short staffed in the kitchen and the menu was limited. The cocktail I had was just okay, nothing special. Decent beer list. The food was good. Would go back when they’re back to full service as I don’t think it was a fair representation of what they can do.

Fun place. Lots of groups. Great beer selection. BBQ and burgers seemed to be favorite menu items ordered. Ribs were tender and smoky -- very delicious. Brisket was OK. Four housemade sauces really amped up the flavor. Mashed potatoes were stone cold, like refrigerator cold. Cornbread was incredible and moist. Loved the coleslaw. Service was friendly and very quick. Noise level on a Friday night, especially when the guitarist started singing, was "you-had-to-yell-to-be-heard" loud.

First visit during restaurant week. Restaurant menu was limited but we were able to find choices for each of use. Several choices had large portions: salad, brisket pot pie. Nacho platter was very unevenly distributed but tasty. Brisket pot pie was bland. Chicken sandwich was messy but tasty. Limited # of customers resulted in an acceptable low noise level on Sunday evening. Location is on the edge of West Chester’s dining area.

Nice place, reasonably priced, our food came out Luke warm, and there weren't a tremendous amount of people dining so I'm not sure why it wasn't hot? the Brisket pot pie should have a beef gravy, not chicken? the Crab Cakes were good, but again Luke warm.

Had a small family gathering there. Only 4 of us, we are a small family. The server was great. Everyone enjoyed their meals and they are large portions. I had the bbq combo, it was good but not great. The ribs were solid, pulled pork was good too. The brisket was dry and kinda lifeless. The savior of the meal is their Carolina mustard sauce, it’s outstanding. I’m rating the food 4/5 due to the brisket and the cornbread. Their cornbread needs honey in the batter and butter on the table. Do that and it will be worth it’s weight in gold. Brisket beans were tasty and the Mac and cheese was ok (they need to use smaller pasta shells). The coleslaw was interesting. The best thing I can say is that I will be back to try a few other things on the menu.

Our table was ready right in time. We had their nachos with pork, so fabulous, so huge!! Our waitress took great care of us making sure we had drinks, our water was full. Enjoyed ourselves very much!
