We're welcoming Giacomo Damonte, 3rd generation Cellar Master of Malvira winery to talk about their amazing wines. Giacomo studied viticulture and oenology at the University of Turin before joining the family business. Today he continues the company's emphasis on the region's indigenous grape varieties. Extraordinary food! We opted for the complete sampler meal for the 4 of us. Be warned! It is a ton of great stuff Wine list does not have Tuscan wines.

Everything from the service to the food was amazing. Will do the tasting menu next time. Sit at the counter and watch the pasta making. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed every item on the menu we ordered. This place is a must when in Seattle.

3 stars for the service and wine. But the food was overly salty and not really worth the hype. Better Italian spots in Seattle for sure.

The “fine” pasta was just a little too sticky and the apps were all a bit off. Cocktails weren’t great. Dessert was phenomenal, service was great, wine was great, ambience was great!

A rather mediocre place masquerading as a fine dine. Two of the dishes were just too heavy with butter and lacked flavor. It seems like a consistent trick to add loads of butter to mask the lack of flavor. Pasta is thin doesn’t have the al dante bite to it that one would expect. For the price, the ambiance is pretty ordinary.

The food and the service were outstanding. We shared 5 dished (a salad, 2 pastas, and 2 entrees). All were very good and the 2 pastas were excellent. We ended our dinner with the panactta which was great.

Great, great food, particularly that butter and sage pasta. Those noodles melt in your mouth. Restaurant is a bit crowded and hectic, but it’s popular, so, what do you expect? Our waiters were kind, attentive, and helpful. Will be back.

Spinasse is my favorite Italian restaurant on the west coast. The service is great, the flavors deliver, and the execution is on point. It is my restaurant of choice for my birthday.

Delightful birthday dinner at Spinasse last night. The ambience was warm and inviting. The service attentive but not fawning. And the food and wine selection were perfect and perfectly paired. One of the best meals I’ve had in Seattle; a must for good Italian.

It did not dissapoint...pastas melted in your mouth...secundis were delish as were the sides. Spinasse feels like it's been there forever which is a vibe I love.

Incredible food and attentive, thoughtful service in this romantic and charming setting. We were celebrating our engagement and did the degu menu and it was out of this world. 10/10 would go here for many dates nights and special celebrations if I lived in Seattle!

Everything we had was beyond expectations. Ordered kohlrabi salad (so savory), the butter Sage pasta, the ragu, and the rabbit pasta. Each one so different and equally amazing. Do not sleep on the butter and Sage pasta- it may sound simple but it is outstanding. Also had the panna cotta. It was not in traditional form but it made it so much better and unexpected. Can’t miss this spot.

Sitting at the counter of Spinasse was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting. In terms of their cuisine, while some dishes stood out, particularly their pasta variations, others fell short either due to excessive oiliness or lack of flavor. Nevertheless, the experience was satisfactory overall. I would suggest this restaurant for a relaxed dinner with friends and family.

Fantastic food with a guided tour on the people of Piedmont. We had little knowledge about the place, but left with our palates full of taste and our mind enriched with knowledge.

The food just can’t be beat. The flavors and technique is why you go out to dinner, it can’t be replicated at home. I have been to Spinasse a handful of times, and the flavors and quality are always excellent. Continuity is key! If you can get a reservation definitely eat here!

Fantastic dining experience with delicate, home made perfectly prepared pasta. Despite sitting in front room where patrons check in, this was the quieter room and were not distracted by the people coming into and leaving the restaurant. One of our most memorial Italian dining expierenced!

The food never misses. The sage hand-cut pasta is heavenly, I order it every time. The arugula/beet salad was excellent. Great service. Getting there and finding parking can be a hassle...we use Uber, makes is so much easier, but more expensive....

We had very high hopes for tonight, in fact the reservation has been booked for weeks and we flew in for dinner. All of that to say, tonight was a great disappointment. Interesting as we looked at some reviews in between our second and dolci, most poor reviews took issue with the service, very little said anything about the food…hu?!? Well, in our opinion the food was inedible…pasta and risotto unrecognizable, horrifically overcooked and questionable that there was anything close to what you would experience in Piemonte. Nearly full plates left and never asked by anyone if we enjoyed it or asked if there was a problem. Clearly no one cared. P.S. the booth seats are al dente…too bad the pasta wasn’t.

Too salty for us. TAJARIN AL RAGU is amazing. but we expected CAPUNET. It's so salty so i cannot eat at all..:( i was looking forward to it, but it’s very sad that we aren’t satisfied this time.
