The award-winning, full-service Skillet Diner is opening in the iconic Post Alley of Seattle in June 2023. We’re a neighborhood joint doing our best to make the place feel relaxed, service attentive and easy, and the food approachable yet focused. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and continually redefine the meaning of comfort. The style of food is like what we’re known for on the airstream. The difference? We have so much more room! Bring a date, your kids, or your out-of-town guests and an appetite. We look forward to putting some tasty treats in your belly.

    Amazing in every way! Clean and cute restaurant, service was 10/10 and food was 12/10. We got a little bit of everything and it was all outstanding. The morning taters are a must! 🤤🤤

    Not busy. 1/5 full. Waited at door for 20 mins for a table. Employees seemed annoyed

    This was an okay breakfast experience but honestly I wouldn’t go back. The restaurant is in the middle of a construction area, the patio table we sat at had grime on it and no one wiped it off before we sat down. Food was good but nothing exciting. We had to ask for water after our waitress’ third visit to check on us.

    The kitchen was backed up, but the staff was very attentive and made sure to let us know. The food was delicious we had breakfast burritos- had fresh avocado, bloody Mary’s- spicy, but not too spicy. Patio was clean and staff was friendly.

    The cold brew was excellent. The restaurant was hot. The patio was closed. The food was under seasoned. The grits were under salted and lumpy. The fried chicken had zero flavor and was a bit greasy.

    At the moment there is construction right outside so it was super noisy. Besides the outdoor noise there was a malfunction with the air conditioning. Super unpleasant noise. Our server Jackie was great. She fixed the air conditioning noise and was on top of everything. The place was way too cold/ over air conditioned and the lights were super bright. Food was good. I hope to go again and not freeze. Yummy menu

    Not a great experience. Staff was untrained and food was really cold. They did apologize and give us a discount though! But still won’t be back unfortunately.
