    I have not been to a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for quite some time and now I can only regret that I let these opportunities lapse. The steak quality was extraordinary! The eleven ounce Filet Mignon was so tender that it could have been cut with a fork. None of the other steakhouses in the city compare. There was an ample number of options regarding salads, entrees and side dishes and each selection that was chosen were enjoyed by the whole table. Special shout out to our server, Norman, who made the evening even more memorable with his wit and wisdom and attention to detail. I can’t wait to return!

    Staff friendly! Food delicious. Lamb chops were the best! Crab cakes 2nd best only to Philip's. Husbands caesar salad was delicious as was his strip steak. His libster tail was also great. Both meats were cooked to perfection. Will return.

    I don’t know where to start. They made us wait, even though we had a reservation. Ok, so I understand they didn’t have enough workers so the manager says clear off the tables and start seating the customers (one of the hostess says “that’s not my job”). We sit. I order. My husband is taking awhile to order making matters worse but still. We get water. I order shrimp cocktail for appetizers. We get the shrimp. No drinks. Need to ask for bread. 60 minutes later I ask is my food cooking? Yes I’m told. Still no iced tea. At least we got bread and water. No waiters or waiter come back, ever! We end up walking out. Worst service ever. Oh, my husband tries to order lamb chops, none left, ok, I’ll take a Tbone, none left. We will go elsewhere next time. Every other woman in the restaurant got a white rose for Mother’s Day, I guess I didn’t qualify for one.

    Been to this place a couple time before never experienced nothing like yesterday it was alot going on I waited to be seat to long , it was so loud of crying babies I couldn’t enjoy my meal! They didn’t have alot of options you can tell alot change after the pandemic wouldn’t come back

    We ordered a wedge salad and the BBQ shrimp for our appetizers. we got the salad, and they forgot the shrimp. We reminded them and they forgot the shrimp twice after we reminded them. By the time they brought the shrimp, our food came right afterward. I asked someone for some water, and he acted as if he had an attitude because I asked for water. When we got the food, the food was cold, bland, and the lobster mac and cheese was watery. We end up getting to go containers and leaving. My first time there and it will be the last time.

    I went for Mother's Day. Overall my experience was good. My wait time was to long. My food was good. My server was excellent.

    The steaks are always wonderful! The one small complaint was mashed potatoes came out cold and service was slightly off with customers of checking in filling requests. But hey we are off our A game sometimes. But with saying that Yes I will be back! My favorite Bartender Valentino, wonderful!!

    Macaroni was dry We also had a reservation of 5:15 and our food did not come until 6:52. There were folks there after served and almost finished before us. I also had my 1 year old daughter with me Very upset about that. Everythig else was fine
