Évoquant les supper clubs de Manhattan des années 1940, le steakhouse Prime Rib propose des morceaux gargantuesques de bœuf, des côtelettes très épaisses et des fruits de mer frais préparés avec simplicité. It was our first time dining at the Rittenhouse Grill. It definitely will not be the last. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal. Loved the live piano player. We both were very impressed with the service, atmosphere and fabulous food. Hope to be back again soon.

Overall great experience, even down to the seating preference. Absolutely loved the ambiance of the restaurant; lighting, furniture color, decor, and live pianist. The restaurant definitely screams classy! The host and server were both very courteous and professional. The cocktails were average. I have very high standards when it comes to a good old fashioned though. On to the food. Crab cake appetizer was small, but all crab meat and very good. The lobster bisque had a phenomenal base, but they were extremely stingy with lobster meat...extremely stingy!! There was less than a tablespoon full. The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly to my requested temperature but could've been salted better. The Oscar topping was very good. Lamb chops were equally tasteful and cooked properly, but again, can stand a better salting prior to cooking. The brussel sprouts are pan fried as opposed to roasted which might be my new favorite, but the mashed potatoes were average at best. All in all, I would definitely go again.

Food and service was 5 star. Our group had everything from filet, wagu special, shrimp, crabmeat….all delicious.

I detected an odor of mold/mildew upon entering the front door. Later on it negatively affected my sinuses as I am very allergic. We ordered from the Sunday Special menu which we knew about ahead of time, but they do not push it at all. Our waiter was an idiot and called it “the discounted menu”. It took him about 5 minutes to find the Specials menu to give us. We had the clams casino and Caesar salad to start. They were OK. We then had prime rib ordered medium rare and Iberico pork chops ordered medium. They both came out rare almost raw. The prime rib was sent back to be cooked more. For dessert we had Key lime pie and cheesecake. Both were good. The bill came for our party of two with a 20% tip already included. We will not very happy and won’t be back.

Good ambience. Food was average at best not well seasoned. it seemed as if they wanted to seat the black folks in the cocktail area by the piano and the front door rather than primary seating in the main dining room. We we were dressed well and asked to be moved.
