A couple of the cuts of rump roast were over-salted but this was probably on my 3rd round of it. Most of everything else was very good and flavorful. Service was outstanding we were constantly being offered different cuts and asked if we needed anything else or any particular requests. This was appreciated. Pricey but this is typical for rodizio and this place is a little less than your big chains (i.e. Fogo de Chao). We were lucky to find a parking spot in the very small lot, but be ready to look for street parking if you come especially when it's busy. Recommend to make a reservation ahead of time. We did and we were able to sit down right away. There were 2-3 groups ahead of us that had to wait a while because they did not make a reservation.

Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Our server welcomed us as first time customers and made us feel welcome. We were never rushed and he even suggested we stay longer. The food was outstanding, food servers super friendly and asked us if we had special requests. The price was well worth the multitude of meats and proteins available. The choices continued very fast and we will return again. I highly recommend Rios. I have tried franchise Brazilian Steakhouses and this was one of the best. No salad bar, but the unlimited homestyle sides were fresh and made up for it.

Just go !! We took my son to nearby WindCreek Casino for his birthday and made reservations for Rios Steakhouse based upon excellent Google reviews and close proximity to Bethlehem. We were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped inside, we were treated wonderfully!! The food is outstanding ... skirt steak, NY Strip, sliced rump roast, rib eye, tri-tip, garlic steak chunks, turkey wrapped in bacon, chicken legs, chicken hearts, spicy pork sausage ... all were delicious and prepared expertly. You do get to pick your level of doneness ... our table was split .. medium rare and medium well ... not a problem and no waiting. The sides were served family style and refills were offered regularly. We were never left waiting for a new or repeat selection of meats. The waitstaff, despite being busy, were efficient, helpful, polite and respectful. All over great service. We were not rushed and allowed ample time to enjoy all of the yummy offerings. The restaurant is very clean and their bar is perfectly stocked for a smaller establishment. Metered parking on the street out front or a larger, free parking lot down behind the restaurant. Our meal was reasonably priced and worth every penny. Make sure you have reservation, it fills up quickly !!

Our waitress was very nice and sweet. The variety of meats was vast. With that said, the music was appropriate and too loud. I don’t want to hear loud rap music while eating at a Brazilian steak house. Some of the meats had a strange taste like a fake smoke was added to them or some other bad tasting sauce. The chicken that was served was deep fried and was not good at all. It was way overpriced for the quality of the food. I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Some of our sides were also not cooked properly.

It's been awhile since I'd been back due to the COVID crisis and illness. I looked forward to it and wasn't disappointed. Some new items like Duck were appreciated. I brought and old friend who hadn't ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and he was delighted. What more can I say? 8)

Fun experience and endless food. There was nothing we didn't like, but favorites were the duck, skirt steak, and pineapple. Sides were very tasty and served family style.
