Welcome to the Playhouse Deck! We've re-opened with a new chef, a new look, but the same fantastic views of the Delaware River. Located on the river side of the Buck County Playhouse, we cater to both theatergoers and those just in search of a great meal. Expect all-new seasonal menus showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The bar program is seasonally inspired with lots of fresh fruit and herb components that will complement the cuisine. The cuisine is Mediterranean and Italian inspired, as are the wines. The beer program will have plenty of options for local craft breweries in addition to bigger names and some imports as well.

Caesar salad always good. Grilled chicken sandwich was tasty although messy to eat. Cocktails great. Went to restaurant before our matinee.

I never complain about restaurants, however; this was my wife’s birthday & I really was disappointed with the restaurant. The Caesar Salad had too much dressing. The chicken breast was terribly dried out. We had a brownie for dessert that was like eating fudge. No cake texture at all. When we commented on the brownie we were told “it’s gluten free”. The service was ok. The manager came over to ask how everything was. He kind of asked like he had his fingers crossed that everything was ok. That said a lot.

We sat at the bar Saturday night, it took at least five minutes to even be acknowledged from the bartenders. The first half of our meal experience went very well. I know when the theater took their intermission, the bartenders certainly had their hands filled, but after the crowd returned to the theater, I would’ve assumed the bartenders would’ve come around to acknowledge us again, but that did not happen. We would’ve had another round of drinks, but with the lack of attention and unable to order another drink, we just wanted to leave!!

Great location we sat outside and the view is wonderful. The menu had lots of variety and we enjoyed our food. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired.

Great new menu-so many new yummy choices! Nice outdoor table on a beautiful day before going to the show ! Highly recommend The Deck whether you’re going to the show or not ! ;-). But do go the show !!

Once the restaurant opens for business they stop answering their phones. I tried to pay for someone's dinner who's just been married. But no answer. No return call. No free dinners. Thanks for your customer service. Hard to believe you don't have a minute to answer a phone call.
