Five of us had a wonderful evening at Piatti. Our server, Sasha was delightful and it was only his second night training. We were all very impressed with his thoughtfulness and willingness to accommodate our requests. Food was delicious!

We received the table area that I requested & it was a chilly nite, so sitting by the fireplace was perfect. Our two birthday men were happy with their Tiramisu birthday cake & the card. Our sever was wonderful, attentive but not there too much, perfect! One of the birthday men, had the eggplant parmigiana. The presentation was beautiful to the eye, but he felt that the sauce was a bit bland. I had the prawn spaghetti & my sauce was also bland, & a bit runny. My other two friends were happy with their entrees. One had the impossible lasagne & the other the lemon raviolis.

We we all very underwhelmed by our entrees. The focacia bread was not warm, the gnocchi was NOT tasty at all, not sure what it was actually, did not like it and my husband did not either, and he like everything! Probably will not go back, great location and setting but doors were open and bugs were flying around out table, so that was kind of a bummer.

Service was slow and inattentive. Food was ok but worth half the $30+ given quantity and flavor.

Good experience overall - but, we had requested an outdoor table for a party of six (this was a special occasion - our mother wanted to sit outside- It was Mother’s Day ) when we arrived, we were told that was “not possible” - as we ate indoors I could see a party of eight sitting outdoors- ugh!

Waited over one hour to be served food that was not hot. Charged a hidden surcharge for asking eggs to be poached hard instead of soft.

Don't like deception. Although if one looks at the very bottom of the menu it shows a 5% surcharge. I find that disingenuous and a bit deceptive. I will not return.

Piatti never disappoints! This time we went for brunch with friends. Excellent food, superb service and quiet enough that we could enjoy a leisurely two hour conversation. Our wait staffer was so polite, got the orders exactly the way we wanted them and never nudged us along as we took our time to enjoy the food and good company.

Food, as usual, was excellent. My wife had the lemon ricotta ravioli and I had the salmon piccata. The salmon presentation, on a bed of white beans was particularly interesting.
