At Philadelphia Distilling, our distilling team combines craftsmanship, science and skill to create a unique portfolio of premium spirits that rely on the agricultural integrity of authentically sourced grains and botanicals and the finest heritage equipment.

Hand-hammered copper pot stills from the fifth-generation Forsyth family and wooden fermentation vessels from Hall-Woodford, an iconic Philadelphia-based family business, are key points of difference for us—both in their construction value as well as the integrity of the spirits they help us to produce. We continue our batch-by-batch process, creating spirits that celebrate big, bold flavor.

As a working distillery, we have a unique location, including a 30-foot marble bar set against a backdrop of expansive windows, offering views of our gorgeous handmade copper pot stills. Whatever your event, from private to corporate, the upscale industrial décor in our lounge and cocktail spaces creates a sophisticated yet intimate ambiance, and we have several varying-capacity options to offer including our 4th floor cocktail lab with stunning views of the iconic Ben Franklin Bridge.

I’ve left several reviews for this place, but last night in particular was really excellent. Service was fantastic. Food was especially on point. Really love everything about this place and I’m Always excited to come back. Highly recommend checking out the tour before drinks/ dinner sometime!

I always find it strange not to have any substantial side dish to a burger (french fries, salad, or even potato chips...)

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! Small menu but done right. Server was also excellent and got us wrapped up table side to make our show at the Fillmore with time to spare. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing ambience set in an old factory with a full view of the actual distillery behind massive windows behind the bar…like sitting in a Restoration Hardware magazine scene. With a distillery focus, a most pleasant surprise how incredibly delicious the food tasted! Hospitality was great too! Greeted by the most friendly host and shown to our table. Our server was very attentive and explained items on drink menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Loved the Philadelphia Distilleries. Went in for dinner and drinks before a show at the Fillmore. Perfect place for a burger and a drink. Had a “Penicillin” - had 2! Loved the drink and our burgers were delicious! Service was awesome. We all agreed that we had chosen the right place. Will definitely be back!

My first time there and planning on coming back with friends. I've always loved that gin and to be in the place. That makes it was so cool for me. The bartenders were outstanding. Had the french onion soup one of the best i've ever had.

A wonderful experience the ambience was awesome. Extremely clean friendly. I will certainly be going back to try more of the menu. Cocktails were out of this world 10 stars.

Definitely do the distillery tour and then book a table for more drinks and food. Our guide Joelle was outstanding. So fun!

Beautiful building, tasting room has nice view into distillery, food was exception (unexpectedly), and cocktails were very good. This would be a great place to take a group and include a distillery tour.

We went around 4pm and it was not crowded and quiet which is a pleasant surprise after dining in NYC the past two weekend. Food was very good and all 3 of us liked our drinks. (Even the non-gin drinker among us)

Always friendly staff, great drinks (we learned that all ingredients in the tasting room must be made in house, which is probably why the drinks always taste better there than similar drinks made elsewhere with bluecoat). Staff went out of their way to accommodate us after a very understandable mixup. Looking forward to returning.

An amazing way to kick off a night before a show. The food was so delicious and perfectly portioned. The cocktails were unique and masterfully crafted. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend checking it out before a punchline, Brooklyn bowl or Fillmore show.

We had a great meal at Philadelphia Distilling. The drinks were super fun and the food was amazing. All of the servers were very friendly and helpful, though it was a litlte confusing as to whether we had a primary server vs. a collective - we ended up ordering additional drinks from the person who was helping clear dishes away (perhaps they were a little short-staffed). Overall, would highly recommend and would definitly go back!
