Owner and executive Chef Tommy DeFruscio’s vision for elevated Italian in a casual atmosphere comes to life at Pepperoncini Havertown. Our first floor wine bar is laidback and fun while our upstairs dining room is classy, not stuffy. The small local restaurant offers very interesting dishes. They’re based on classic Italian recipes but with an interesting and modern twist. The restaurant is very quaint. The staff are very helpful. I would recommend this restaurant.

Dined there this past weekend.. Very impressed. I remember going there years ago when the space was a dive bar... This is a 1000% upgrade! Very nice atmosphere and decor, very friendly wait staff... Nice menu selection and a daily special menu. I had eggplant Parmesan off the daily special menu with rigatoni and Cesar salad. Large portions and very good. I'm not a fan of rigatoni, but these were good. My guest had an orange roughy dish which she said was delicious. I had a limoncello Martini and she had a shot of limoncello. Both were strong..a little too strong. Not my favorite. Overall, very nice evening, very casual atmosphere, non rushed and great service. 👍👍👍

Excellent service, delicious food and super tasty cocktails. We waited long for the calamari appetizer and I think there was a miscommunication between waitress and chef on that. My only critique is my husband struggled with the stairs because he recently had knee surgery. I didn’t realize we would be seated upstairs (I didn’t know there was an upstairs). I can’t hold that against them.

The food was absolutely delicious ! The Arancini was perfection! The Wedge salad was very good. Orange Roughy melted in your mouth. Veal dish was spectacular. Also the drinks were fairly priced and delicious.

I ordered the Veal Abruzzo which was very good but I was disappointed that it came with a side of roasted potatoes and not pasta. The waitress advised afterwards that I could have asked for pasta but I was not told that when ordering nor does the menu point that out as an option.

We had a wonderful dinner Saturday night at Pepperoncini! Our chocolate infused expresso martini's were so delicious! We all enjoyed our dinners as well! This is one of our favorite local restaurants!

This is my sixth or seventh visit and every time has been great. The food is outstanding and Nancy is the best server, who is always attentive and gives great recommendations. Pepperoncini is my go to place for all my out of town visitors.

As usual, everything was excellent. The service, the food, and the wine (and beer) were spectacular. I always enjoy beer on tap, even if wine is my first choice. I had the specials: scallop appetizer and pork chop entree. I don't know what they put on the pork chops, but it is bone-sucking good. I was too full for dessert, but it sounded like it would have taken me to the moon. My wife and I have made this our Friday night spot. Jackie, Nancy, and the entire waitstaff make you feel welcome. The restaurant is run with pride, and you see that it is a family business.

Food is too expensive for the quality. $16 dollars for house wine is unacceptable. You are in Havertown, not Philadelphia. I felt it was a rip off!

Delicious dinner and fantastic service. The staff treated us like family and took care of us while celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Wish we lived closer, it would be our go to spot.
