Au cours des dernières années, le territoire du comté de Montgomery entre Horsham et Blue Bell est devenu un lieu incontournable pour découvrir de nouveaux restaurants passionnants. Habib Troudi est le fondateur de l'un d'entre eux, le Panache Wood Fire Grill. Sculpté dans le bâtiment qui abritait L'Angolo Blue, un restaurant italien qui a fermé cette année, le Panache est basé sur un « concept simple », comme le dit Troudi, proposant aussi bien de fines pizzas à la napolitaine cuites au charbon de bois que des steaks, des fruits de mer et autres nouveautés de la cuisine américaine. Une fois terminé, l'établissement comprendra deux bars, dont l'un abritera le massif four de 4 tonnes et demi qui accueillera les pizzas et autres plats préparés dans des poêlons en fer forgé.

The food was just ok. Two people in our party ordered the capellini with filet tips. The meat was so dry and well done. Parking was also a bear. It was like pulling teeth to get the info that there was a small overflow lot you can enter over by their dumpsters. Not some place I feel the need to revisit.

Fun and delicious… but band was annoying because you couldn’t really hear words/music… just a bunch of LOUD NOISE!!!

I think we were forgotten about during our lunch. Our server only came by 1 time. Didn’t check on food. We ordered onion rings, fries came out. Sent them back and asked for the onion rings, they never came out. The server told us that the onion rings would be “right out”, I asked for them to be packed up, since we were finished our meal. Then comes back with the check and says “ I took the onion rings off the check, they got mixed up in the back, because we are down a fryer. I took all the fries off the check”. Well the fries were included in our entrees that we ordered. Just was not a great day for the server.

The good - both veal dishes were excellent as was the broccoli side dish. The bad - the burger that was ordered medium came out well done so it lacked flavor. The ordered spinach never arrived. The risotto in the seafood risotto was swimming in broth. It looked more like a soup than a risotto. The service was okay, but not spectacular. We probably waited 15 minutes to be able to order, but fortunately the food came out quickly after that. The dining room was open to the back patio where a band was playing so it was incredibly loud. Conversation was extremely difficult.

Highly recommended. The service was outstanding as well as our cocktails and most importantly the food. I had the Veal Oscar after enjoying a Shrimp and Crab Cocktail and a Wedge Salad. My wife enjoyed the Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp and a Wedge Salad. We topped the evening off with Chocolate Cake. Everything was delicious.

The service was terribly bad. We go the restaurants not only to eat but also get a good service. The waitress was very very unexperienced. At the end the manager came to our table to apologize and take of the cocktails from our check.

Great DJ, nice vibe Bathrooms could have been checked on intermittently and dishes could have been cleared after dinner- they sat there till we left
