I’ve visited Paladar quite a few times in the past, but always for brunch. This was my first dinner experience with them, and we came on Cinco de Mayo so it was quite busy. However, our waitress Emily was great. She made great recommendations and checked on us a lot. Our entrees were quite delicious — my friend for the rum glazed pork and I got the lamb burger. We made small substitutions based on the recommendations and were very happy with our meals.

So nice I went back twice in one day. Pleasant service. Brunch is good but some of the food tasted old, like it was reheated. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience

The food was good. We were seated immediately and our server came right over to discuss Specials and take drink orders. I enjoyed my grilled chicken dinner and sangria drink. My companion liked the corn chowder soup and the empanadas. He felt like his margarita could have had more alcohol and that his grilled salmon was a little dry but overall we enjoyed our visit.

Last night, my friend and I had a girls' night at Paladar. It started with a rum tasting. The guy serving the rum was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed tasting the mango and the spiced rum. The coffee one was ok but not my favorite. I even got my friend, who doesn't care for rum, to try the mango and she really enjoyed it. Our server, Josie, was awesome. She was very accommodating and got us exactly what we wanted. She said that she is here to make sure our experience is exactly how it should be....great!!! Next time I return, I will ask for her. My friend had the brussels sprout tacos and loved them. I had the carnitas and blackened salmon tacos. They both were yummy, messy, but yummy. The rice and beans complimented the meal. With my meal, I enjoyed the Paladar Sunrise. The only thing I didn't like that much, and that wasn't anything the restaurant did, was the drink was a little too creamy. The coconut cream rum made it creamy but I still drank it.

First time at Paladir, for our anniversary. Enjoyed restaurant and will return. Started with a run specialty cocktail, then had a salad. My wife ordered the seafood stew and I had the Argentinian Grill. The stew was a little too spice for her, so we switched entrees. Food was good, and well presented. Service was attentive, but the entrees came too quickly, before we were halfway done our salad. We ordered a glass of wine with dinner, and had to wait a long time (we were almost done eating before it arrived). Despite the timing challenges, we enjoyed our meal, and plan to return.

Paladar consistently goes above and beyond my expectations with their exceptional service, delicious drinks, and high-quality food. I must say, Emily stands out as the best server at your establishment. She is attentive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and always suggests perfect drink pairings with the food. Please continue the outstanding work!

This was our first visit for lunch.. the menu was similar… the guacamole and chips were great… the rum-glazed pork was wonderful too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute, casual dinner at a high top in the bar. Guac, chips, salads and drinks were all delicious and service was great.

Opentable said they close at 10. Made a reservation for 9pm, which OpenTable allowed me to do. Then they called me around 5pm to tell me they won’t be open? Ok. If you know that by 5pm, why not adjust OpenTable? Rescheduled plans for another restaurant.

Atmosphere produces a warm relaxing vibe and was pleasantly pleased overall-much nicer in person than what it looks like online. Drink and dinner menu has a variety of choices with prices that are affordable. Food was absolutely delicious with great presentation, and was quick to the table. Would have liked to see better service from our server. Our server never checked on us after we received our food and we were all waiting on drink refills- I had to ask a hostess to ask him to come see us.

My friend and I decided to dine here and the initial service was great but because our server had to help out with a private event we where left with a server who sucked at making drinks and had the worse hospitality. She proceeded to tell us that their shift was ended and said that we needed to close out. Typically we would be asked if there was anything additional we would want which we did but were met with rudeness. I will not visit this place again.

We had reservations so we were seated right away. The wait staff were excellent and stopped by frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great experience, great food.

Great food and atmosphere. Bartender/server Joe was amazing, very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great suggestions. I noted in the reservation that it was my birthday, and he was great, made sure I felt special! Delicious dessert and rum pairing. Thank you for a great brunch, I'll be back.
