Pablo y Pablo is a Mexican restaurant and bar that opens its pantry to ingredients and techniques from around the world. By bringing together combination of diverse tastes on our menu in a warm and inviting environment, we strive to evoke the same harmonious spirits of Pablo Picasso and Pablo Neruda; two artists whose friendship found a common cause in both art and peace from different corners of the world. Pablo y Pablo aims to give a genuine dining experience to our guests that’s just as warm and energized as these two artists and their lasting friendship.

We had a great date night here. The food and drinks were both great and we loved the ambiance. Can’t wait to come back!

Made reservations a little later at 8, were shown to our table right away. Nice corner table at the big windows looking out front. Food was really good as expected, gourmet Mexican. Great flavors and spicy enough without overpowering the food. Enchiladas and tacos all around. Service was just adequate. We were pressured to order and not offered dessert. The restaurant closes at 9 (which seems early considering it's in a tourist district) so I sort of get it but definitely got the vibe that they wanted us out. I don't think that is their normal if it has been earlier, but it wasn't a good look for them.

One appetizer didn’t show up until I asked for it, then came after entrees were served. Dessert took for-ev-er to come. Generally lackluster service though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Too bad, because the food is good.

We got to have a lovely late lunch for Mother’s Day; enjoyed a shaded outside table in a beautiful sunny day. great food & service.

Normally have better service. We only got one of the two appetizers we ordered, no one provided us with small plates to share the appetizer that we did get and nobody ever came by to even ask us if we needed anything. At the end of the meal my wife had approximately half of her entree left and we asked to take it home, the wait staff took it away and then never brought it back. I went to the bar to ask where her take home was and they grabbed a box off the counter handed it to me when we got home it was not our dinner so we had to get rid of it. Overall the service was pretty bad compared to our normal experience and the food itself just didn't seem as tasty as normal. Rice and beans were fairly dry. This doesn't stop me from going back but it was kind of a lackluster experience.

Very ordinary drinks and food, poor presentation, and super noisy. They could not get even Mexican basics such as Guacamole and Salsa right - what was served to us spicy salsa was basically Habanero sauce. When eating the starters, we had to request for small plates - I think they just expected us eat right out of the bowls in which the starters were served. They should really call themselves a Mexican fast food place rather than a restaurant.

We had the special Restaurant Week Menu. The food was pretty good, though temperatures weren’t quite right (entree not hot, ice cream melted). The service was inconsistent, at points great and at others not so much. The desert was brought out while we were still eating entrees. The food was good, atmosphere good, just super loud in the restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner. The host and our waitperson were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dishes were presented nicely & were delicious. The lamb & fish tacos were our favorites. I also loved the street corn. The variety of drinks including non alcoholic options was very nice.

Our young daughter’s dinner AND dessert were served to her before we even received all of our appetizers for a 3 course meal! We wanted to eat TOGETHER! The delivery of the adult food was excruciatingly slow and all of it was over salted. We tried some Seattle restaurant week items and they were not good. Chips were hard and stale (you pay for this). She had to sit there for over an hour after being done. Gave up and got dessert to go. We never tried it so I can’t comment on it. We will not be returning.

Second time visiting. Restaurant week tasting menu was very generous portions. Great vibe just gets a little loud from the 6 person table at the end of the Restaurant - like it echoes. Otherwise, it really is a lovely spot with great food done well served by wonderful people.
