Excellent service and delicious food. We dined early and literally like our own dining room. It was a perfect experience.

I always order the bruschetta for my first course and yesterday it was better than ever! Really delicious!!

The food is outstanding and the waiters and waitresses are SO polite and friendly at the same time ! Decoration could improve a bit but no big deal. Love it that it is BYOB !

Dishes are overpriced. I do like the seafood pasta special but other pasta dishes we ordered are just mediocre, some came out really salty. They added 20% tip automatically on the bill for our party of five which is fine. However the tip is calculated based on the after tax charge instead pre tax. If you collect the tip automatically at least you should use the right formula , since the tip is not considered as the restaurant’s revenue.

Excellent service. Very good food. Polenta appetizer was great. They happily added some vegetables to my pasta dish which didn't have any on the menu. Nice outdoor area to eat.

We have the pasta of vodka, arugula, salad, and chicken picante, and all of it was out of this world. Our server, Nick, was so professional you could see him at any five star restaurant as a manager! Very pleasant experience.

Always have the most pleasant experience at Otto , it’s one of my favorites. Friendly and attentive service plus delicious food. Love so many things on the menu, it’s hard to decide.

Caesar salad was lame. Could have gotten it at any lower quality restaurant. One that included it with a meal. Bread was not the usual quality that the restaurant serves. They claimed the usual bakery was closed due to the Memorial Holiday. The broccoli Rabe was full of stems and didn’t have any taste of garlic and oil. We sent it back to just get a tutorial on what Broccoli Rabe is. Like we never had it before.. We make it at home frequently. The chicken franchise was excellent. The most disturbing part was we expressed our disappointment to 2 members of the service personnel. One appearing to be supervising the staff and they did not offer any concern about our experience. I am a frequent diner at this restaurant , so I left very disappointed.
