Depuis 1998, le Osteria La Spiga est renommé pour sa cuisine du nord de l'Italie authentique. C'est un hommage gastronomique à la région Émilie-Romagne. La chef de La Spiga et co-fondatrice, Sabrina Tinsley, prépare tous les éléments à partir de zéro, en utilisant des aliments entiers et des produits faits maison. Vous ne trouverez jamais d'ingrédients artificiels ou chimiques dans vos plats... jamais! Ce que vous trouverez c'est l'huile d'olive de la plus haute qualité, des fromages et charcuteries délicieux, légumes de saison, des sauces savoureuses, des pâtes faites à la main et plus. L'établissement croit au local, biologique et durable, et les viandes sont sans hormones et sans antibiotiques. Il offre également plusieurs options végétaliennes, végétariennes, produits sans gluten et sans produits laitiers à ceux qui ont des restrictions alimentaires. Vous allez adorer autant l'atmosphère que la nourriture! Situé dans le bâtiment Piston & Ring astucieusement rénové, son design rustique et élégant créé une ambiance intime et accueillant pour la famille, mais assez sympa pour un repas romantique en tête à tête. We were referred to this restaurant by friends and thought we'd give it a try. Service OK, but felt rushed throughout. Apps and salad arrived together instead of spaced, etc. But the food was almost unedible, extremely salty filling for tortellini with bland, glutinous, grey colored sauce. The braised lamb was overly salty with tough, stringy brocolini. For price should have been better. Would not recommend.

Good food was excellent as always, server very nice The problem was we ordered dessert, tiramisu and it never arrived. We had finished our after dinner coffee’s and it hadn’t arrived the server apologised but never explained the issue. Subsequently we decided to cancel our dessert and the server gave us our coffee for free.

The food was excellent, especially for the reasonable price. We had the bolognese, the prosciutto, and the crostini. All were excellent. The service was also top notch.

Excellent pasta, apps and wine. Service was a bit more casual than expected, and the seating arrangement felt more appropriate for a lunch than a dinner date.

Delicious freshly made Italian food, superb and friendly staff service in a great space. My wife and I enjoyed the entire meal from entrees to dessert…..and delicious cocktail.

I have had good experiences here,and this occasion we enjoyed also. A few nits: our verdure grigliate starter was served without asparagus. A side plate was cheerfully provided after we mentioned the omission, and was beautifully prepared and worth the small wait. My steak was correctly prepared and delicious. My partner’s lasagna was somewhat limp and bland..I am certain a restaurant of this caliber can improve this dish!

We had an excellent time at Osteria La Spiga on the night of the Rolling Stones concert. Great service and food. The happy hour red wine was very good with an excellent per bottle price point. We will definitely return.
