OOLA Capitol Hill offers craft cocktails showcasing OOLA spirits, elevated bar snacks and PNW casual fine dining, shared plates, driven by the seasons. Executive Chef Elizabeth Blacker creates photo-worthy share plates with the freshest seasonal ingredients with a Pacific Northwest flair.

Nestled in a private courtyard on Union Street between 14th and 15th, OOLA Capitol Hill is a gem of a building with two garage doors opening onto a patio shaded by mature Japanese Maple trees. With 11 seats at the bar and 22 on the floor, it is one of the rare intimate community treasures that make Seattle a marvel.

We also have a Private Dining Room for parties from 8-20.

We really loved the tastes and the ambience. Our server was very nice. The only negative issue would be the size of the portions. Recommend slightly bigger portions! The drinks are great and we will definitely go back.

We had a great dining experience! Lucky to be with a larger group, so we all got to fully sample the delightful, innovative and beautifully crafted dishes featuring local ingredients. Each seasonal dish was uniquely well composed for a creative and rewarding flavor experience. There was plenty of veg focus and the halibut entree was superb. Drinks were outstanding and provided a refreshing introduction to the artistry and thoughtfulness behind the operations. Nice ambience, mood and music, friendly casual vibe an a full Fri night. I can't wait to go back when it's warmer and have a lovely meal on the garden patio...

This is the kind of place where you feel welcomed and not rushed. We enjoyed delicious drinks made with OOLA's own distilled vodka, gin and whiskey, which you can also purchase on site. The shared plates were innovative and included locally sourced seasonal delights (like fiddleheads) and were beautifully presented. Be prepared to have your palate wowed! Executive Chef Elizabeth Blacker wants you to enjoy and treasure every morsel. The menu changes every month. The place has a good vibe. We sat at a table, but the bar looked equally comfortable. It was a spring evening, so the garage doors were closed. We will be sure to go often, particularly when the summer breeze rolls through Seattle.

Delicious small plates to share. Ultra seasonal ingredients with some lesser knowns like chrysanthemum greens and lovage oil. Everything was premium!

KT the managing owner was delightful. Her staff's service impeccable. Samantha our server took us on a wonderful tasting menu journey. And the food was sublime!

Fantastic time, sat at the bar and did the Restaurant Week menu with a bottle of wine; ended up talking with the owner quite a bit as she served and introduced each course! Highly recommended!

My partner and I ate here for dinner during Restaurant Week. This was our first time in and we will definitely be back. The food was exceptional as was the service. We were greeted warmly when we first walked in and we shown to our table by who we found out later was the owner, KT. Our server was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable about the food and happy to answer any questions. Both our server and KT checked in on us throughout the meal which was such a nice touch and appreciated. We both loved everything we had on their restaurant week menu. We can’t wait to come back here for our next date night. They have happy hour from 4-6 and we plan to check that out too.
