At Nozomu, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest and most delicious sushi to our customers. Our menu features a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. We use only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes, and our chefs love to prepare monthly special rolls using flavors and ingredients specific to the time of year.

    The best and freshest sushi I have had in a long time. So happy to have discovered this incredible restaurant in New Hope. Staff is wonderful, the owner is so sweet and hardworking! Can’t wait to be back there.

    Staff was so nice and accommodating. Sushi was amazing! They let us bring in a birthday cake and provided candles and kept in the kitchen until we were ready. I really appreciated that! Amanda the owner is a doll! Wonderful evening!
