Food and cocktails were all good. Food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is lively but not too noisy. Booths are comfortable and I love the table lamps throughout.

The ambience and service are totally fine, but the food was truly terrible tonight. I ordered the scallops. It arrived lukewarm and tasted just ok. The portion size was very small for over $30. My parents both ordered the chicken parm, and they really didn’t like it. I’m not sure how an Italian restaurant can screw up chicken parm, but they did. My parents did not eat their food. My teenage son did because he was still starving after eating what looked to be an appetizer sized portion of scallops for over $30. He said it was very mediocre, but he was hungry. My husband ordered the spicy meatball pizza, which he enjoyed. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing meal and not worth the price.

North Italia is one of my favorite restaurants. I do believe the portion size was smaller on this visit, not sure if it is due to being lunch time instead of dinner.

Made a reservation but they did not seat us until 20 minutes later and were not even friendly about it. Service was absolutely horrendous and wait times to get food were awful. Will not be coming back again

Absolutely Outstanding food and service. Even the simpilist dishes had incredible flavor. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts and every single dish amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Veronica and Christian were stellar. My wife and I have dined here quite a few times and whenever we are hosted by either of these two servers, they make our experience a memorable one. They are two of the best servers at your establishment. They really provide five star treatment. We hope they are recognized for their amazing service.

Great experience! The gluten free pizzas were fantastic, you could barely taste the difference. The waitress was so nice and went out of her way to get us a seasoning that they didn’t initially have! She was so attentive and kind. Would highly recommend

It’s been a while since we visited and this visit did not disappoint. The food was delicious we all enjoyed our entrees and split 2 desserts that were also delicious! The service was good, though a little slow. It won’t be so long between visits next time!!

We went to North Italia on a bit of a whim to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Maurice, our sever, made our night a true celebration. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable of the menu. He gave us great recommendations, took time to chat with us and was very attentive in an effortless way. All the food was delicious and the drinks were top-notch. We really enjoyed our dinner and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Maurice, and know we will request him for future visits.

We had the calamari and it was very greasy. I had the prosciutto fig pizza and my husband had the spicy rigatoni vodka. Both entrees were okay-pasta was overcooked and the pizza was quite greasy as well! Overall was not impressed by the food or environment. Our server was friendly but took some time for drinks to get to us. Our appetizer was there before our drinks! Will not be going back.

We enjoyed our dinner at North Italia. Everyone enjoyed their entree. Our server was friendly and very attentive. Would recommend!

Our waitress was nice and friendly, but she had too many tables. Also, the kitchen was backed up so it took long to get our meals, dessert, coffee.

Perfect day to sit on the patio with Rylee as our server. Both her drink and food knowledge and suggestions were on point! White lotus, newItalian spritz, and tranquillo were soooo good. Burrata app and anolini pasta special (mushrooms and ricotta ravioli in a parmesan cream sauce with more mushrooms) both to die for! Get that special pasta before its gone! But Rylee definitely made the meal. Fantastic servet with a great personality. Will be sure to request her next time!

First visit, nice place, bright, clean. Great server, Anna. We had a high top in the bar area. All hand made food, nothing processed,even the pasta.

We’ve been here many times, but tonight was not the best meal we’ve had here. $15 for a Caesar salad - basically a plate of lettuce and dressing - is just too much. My friends got the beef carpaccio and they weren’t happy with it, but they talked to the manager and she explained why the arugula was dry and tasteless. We do like the restaurant and will come back. We hope this was just a one-off.

Our service was extraordinary / thanks to a diligent server. The menu is fresh and interesting without being overwhelming. Overall a very nice experience.

Met some old friends to catch up. Our service was great and our meal was as well. We sat outside and had a lovely time. I recommend this restaurant!

Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Open kitchen you could see the person who was cutting the block of cheese did not use gloves and also was leaning against it with his shirt. He was having a hard time cutting it. Another taller guy came over to show him how to cut it and this persons shirt was all over the cheese as well. It was disgusting to see and this continued through the whole meal. Not sure I will go back and still thinking about calling health dept.
