After opening its 1st locations doors in April of 2009, NaBrasa Brazilian Steakhouse has set out to bring the Brazilian culture to the Philadelphia suburbs. NaBrasa has made a statement in achieving that goal in providing new and exciting dining alternatives while providing elite customer service. Nabrasa offers 15 cuts of meat and fish as well as a gourmet salad bar for one all-inclusive price.

The food was delicious, except for one thing, the white rice was undercooked. Everything else was amazing, the service was IMPECCABLE. Everyone from the management team to the serving staff took care of our needs. I will absolutely be back!

Salad bar was incredible. Our server was outstanding & waiters very responsive with the many selections of meat. Jennifer, who greeted us was extremely charming. We had a Great birthday outing!

I’ve been here since it was known as Chima’s until it recently changed its name and scenery - it’s been a family favorite ever since, the service and food is and was amazing, our favorite has and will always be the braised short ribs and the desserts are to die for!

It was their first Sunday offering brunch. Of course things weren’t perfect. Give them a few weeks and they’ll be much better.

Very enjoyable time. We enjoyed the hot station in addition to the salad bar. All the meats were excellent. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been a regular since it was Chima. We came & it was about 8 other parties & 1 main server. I forgot her name but she didn’t skip a beat. Everything w/the exception of the drinks were great. We had 2 strawberry long islands that tasted like resort drinks aka watered down liquor. I barely drink so for me to not taste any liquor or feel a buzz makes me feel like the ETOH for sure was watered down. At $16 a drink, that’s unacceptable.

Great meal here. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, and the servers came around frequently so we were never waiting for anything. Lots of fresh options in the salad bar/side dish area, and the servers also have this amazing roast pineapple with cinnamon sugar that we couldn't get enough of. We somehow saved room for the chocolate coconut lava cake which was also quite good.

Jose was great, he salvaged the experience with his customer service and professionalism. His manager Jennifer was rude and very disrespectful. Along with the security guard working that night. We brought it to their attention that a mouse crawled around our table and we as a group were disturbed by that. It’s not normal behavior to have mice running around you while dining especially at an establishment like this. Instead of Jennifer leading with empathy and an accommodation, she was combative and when asked about a credit towards the experience she acted as if she was going to work it out and sent Jose back with the same bill. Again very disrespectful and we will not be dining at this establishment ever again. Security also was argumentative and lacked social skills in a moment where we as customers were frustrated. He needs to rethink his position at this restaurant as he came off as a threat and ultimately agitated the situation further.
