My mom likes this café but I find it noisy and the wait staff slow to respond. We were there on a Sunday at 1:00 PM. My mom got a waffle that was tough from reheating. My breakfast burrito was okay but I don't care for wheat tortillas. The ingredients were okay but it wasn't obvious what they were. Our waitress took our our order and brought us water but the server had to find us utensils. I saw several employees standing in small groups, visiting amongst themselves. Our waitress did bring us our ticket. I put cash in the receipt tray and she asked if I needed change. I replied "no" and she said okay, thanks, and walked off leaving the cash and receipt on the table. Mystic seems to have the atmosphere and menu to be a above-average café, but they need better, more energetic management.

We visited on Mother's Day, for brunch at 11 am. The staff was friendly and inviting. Our table was ready within moments of checking in with the hostess. Our server was fast and efficient and was attentive to our needs. She offered menu choices that did not disappoint! 10/10, absolutely would recommend!

Lovely laid back atmosphere with great food and fabulous service. Good wine list and craft beer... save room for dessert

Had to wear coats as it was cold. Even with the reservation and in an almost empty space we were placed next to the restrooms.

Excellent place to have lunch! We've only been to Mystic twice and both times it was excellent! The black and blue burger is probably the best hamburger I've ever had in my life. Fish tacos also excellent. Highly recommend Mystic.

Limited menu selection for dinner. Server was very pleasant and helpful, but service after taking orders was slow. Food was good with large portions, but was charged for soup that did not arrive. Pricing was acceptable. Overall, nothing special.

Great food and service in an interesting old brick warehouse decorated with local memorabilia. Menu has lots of choices to appeal to a variety of appetites and the pasta special was delicious along with the weekend prime rib. While no cocktails are offered there is a good variety of beer and wine available and the live music was delightful.

First really bad experience we have ever had at Mystic over many years. Got ignored after we were seated. One of the adjacent waitresses finally stopped at our table, apologized and got us drinks. The order I placed was completely ignored. Sauce on the side wasn’t. It was on the scallops. Hold the rice, not, it was in the middle of my plate. Jumbo scallops were more the size of sea scallops. Dinner salad was some greens with three cherry tomatoes. My wife’s meal was a butterflied pork chop which was just absolutely uneatable. Don’t know what has happened at Mystic. Know things have been tough lately but they need to straighten up.

4 of us had a nice lunch and our server was super great! The food was great as well. I like the menu selections available here, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the staff is attentive and so nice.

The food was really good, as well as the service. My biggest complaint was the latte. I sat behind the batista, so I was aware that it was being made, and it didn't sit at the counter. It was brought straight out to me. But it was COLD. I have seen other reviews saying the same. For a place advertised as a coffee shop, I thought this was unacceptable.

Food, ambiance and service was great. But we were most impressed by the Manager. When we got home, my husband couldn't find his phone. He remembered putting it on the table. So he went back to Mystic. They hadn't found the phone. So the Manager pulled their video footage, which showed my husband picking up his phone and putting it in the inside pocket of his jacket. He came home and found his phone in the laundry basket, in our closet! When he hung up his coat, the phone fell out - into the laundry basket.

It was Date Night and the restaurant set up our table with a special tablecloth and candles. It was a very sweet, pleasant surprise. It was quiet and private. The wait staff was very good. Overall, a very enjoyable night out.

The Mystic has great food at great prices! The staff is so pleasant and talented. I enjoy being able to choose a local wine to drink. The specials are always a go to for me and having GF options makes life a whole lot easier. I appreciate their positive attitude and diligence during the pandemic.

I had high hopes for this restaurant. We are from Oregon and restaurants do a lot of locally grown food so this restaurant seemed like someplace we would love. My husband had the bone-in Ribeye which he said was good. I ordered the gnocchi which is one of my favorite foods. It was too salty to even eat as well as being overcooked. We had to ask twice for bread and the waiter never came back to see if we needed more water. He acted as though we were an imposition by being there. The restaurant itself was really pretty and could be an amazing place for a date. For us, it was just disappointing.

Hanna was just amazing at helping us pull off our surprise birthday party for my daughter! She went above and beyond to help me hide the cupcakes and presents, and her repeated checks of our drinks and food was some of the best we've ever seen! All the staff we encountered were so willing to assist me with my medical limitations- from the lift to extra chairs... I 😍love😍 Mystic Cafe staff!!😊

Excellent, fast reservation and service! Ric is the BEST server! Personable, efficient, and accommodating. Love the outside dining option. Never had to go inside for anything, which is helpful during a pandemic. Servers were masked up and even gloved up at times. Everything is clean and the food is delicious!

We have been hesitant to dine out during COVID and live in a more rural area with low numbers. We were passing through town on our 15th wedding anniversary and had heard good things about Mystic Cafe. We were pleasantly surprised by all of it. Great food; I had halibut, lightly crusted with a risotto. It was cooked perfectly. My husband had a chicken tortellini with a delicious sauce. Good beer selection on tap as well as wines. Atmosphere was great, tables were spaced out well. Servers were masked and serivce was excellant. Felt like owners/staff are taking COVID-19 seriously and did a great job to make sure everything is clean and adequately spaced. We were very happy with the experience and food!

Valentine's Day Dinner was great. It was a set menu, with a few choices. The appetizer was fabulous. Hummus, veggies, roast duck and ahi tuna. I always love Mystic Salads. I had gnocchi for my main course and loved it. My Hubs always says that Mystic steak is very good. Josh was our waiter and he was so much fun!
